The equipment he purchased arrived to him a month before his eventHe had a month to test the equipment out before his event. I recommended that he purchase a larger machine for the event that he described. He opted to take the equipment that was not sufficient for his eventThe
easy analogy is that if you need to transport kids then you need a school bus but you opt for a door sports carHe opted for smaller machinesThey work fine but weren't sufficient for his spcific eventAustin posted photos on his facebook page showing them working properly. The machines are simply fans and water pumpsThey work. His detailing of the situation is inaccurate** asked him for photos and Austin said he had none; therefore ** found photos on Austin's facebook page. I imagine that this was his first event of this sort and he did not have enough money to operate the eventI imagine that he is trying to cut cornersThere is nothing I can do for him at this point. From experience I have learned that you can't reason with unreasonable people. He has untrue statements, inaccurate recollections, and unreasonable demands in his statementIf we have one unhappy customer out of more than 10,over the years then that's ok with us

I am rejecting this response because:
It's unfortunate that partymachines.com is an unprofessional company and don't know how to handle customer complaints. This has been an ongoing issue with you guys and your lack of response to our emails just adds the lack of unprofessionalism you guys boastfully blast.
To clarify a few things, first and foremost, I have the emails that was disbursed between ** and I.
When these machines were ordered, we explained what we needed which is why we ordered (2) machines in the first place. There was no discount giving, and the screenshot that was taking when the items were ordered show there were no discounts giving. To add to that, we have issues with them even getting a invoice to us with a Credit Card processing company that worked. He had to send an additional invoice that was a third party to get paid. To top things off, this was the only foam machine that was listed on the website that was available at the time. So the analogy that you give is beyond ridiculous and not even related to this situation.
When ** and I spoke, he requested for a VIDEO and not photos, so your statement is inaccurate. The photos on the CAAF FB Page also show the foam machines "pouring" liquid from the machines. This is not how the machines are supposed to work. I also stated when I called that the machines were not put together properly and we had to go purchase zip ties to put the machines together.  
As in regards to funding, we are a NONPROFIT and operate on donations and sponsors, which you have no concern or knowledge about from your ridiculous and unprofessional response back. Besides that, if we were "lacking funds", why did we pay for the foam machines in full and didn't ask to be billed or invoiced??
Since this has been going on, it should be the courtesy of the owner to contact me and work out some deal to fix the situation. Partymachines has failed to do this, and from the looks of it, want to blame us for their lousy products that they advertise and refuse to handle the situation.  
The attached images show where the foam was "pouring" and running down the road. I also attached a complaint from a runner who states the same. I also have plenty more complaints about how lousy and poor made the foam machines were.
I'm still requesting a full refund. At this point, we have been trying to reach and agreement and partymachines refuses to help.
If you guys don't want to handle this in a professional manner, then I will personally file a lawsuit to get our money back. I have witnesses, emails and runners that attended, that will back us up-- as to the poorly made foam machines that you guys provided and don't want to handle to help us solve a simple issue.
If you are a legitimate company, having one dissatisfied customer isn't acceptable. You should make every customers experience a enjoyable one, especially when you never know when you might run the paths of this company in the future.
Besides, if you guys have "10,000+ customers", why is refunding $1,124.00 back such a big deal? Sounds like to me you guys don't have the money, and don't have the customers you state.
