Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below First how is it GOOD BUSINESS on Communitas Managements part by sending us a LEGAL NOTICE on which date was due before Paula B [redacted] returned from vacation? Secretary in office said "no one else could handle it until she returned on monday" which was Memorial day so another LIE! We get a legal notice due the Friday before and call in advance to talk and NO Management at Communitas is available! We are being held to a different standard then others in our community by Tara and Paula! Their are six active satellite dishes which we were denied to us and we lost monies in our contract with direct t.vthanks to Paula B! And now their are a majority of deck and fence pickets in these condos....most of which were NOT done by contractors.......ours fence was for privacy issues from the commercial business and road that have Grown Up behind us.! And which installing and removing cost us thousands of dollars! I spoke to one of the Board Members Anna ECamden and she stated that the board had APPROVED the FENCE as it was with a few additions one being a gate an a few more fence pickets! We could have done that but for Paula B! Communtias Management have definately taken away our feeling of HOME and WELL BEING in our Home! I would also like to add when myself and my wife purchased this condo we paid years of back H.O.Afees due from previous owner!Thousands of dollars to the Board and Communitas(Your Welcome!) so I believe we should BE TREATED with some respect in issues regarding OUR Property! To whom it may concern, I am writing you regarding the complaint you received from an owner in one of the condo associations we manage.  I would like to apologize for the delay in responding I have been dealing with a serious family medical issue that has kept me out of the office....

Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] resides in the [redacted] Association in Greenwood Indiana. Their community is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, whom we take our directions from.   [redacted] requested permission to install a fence around the deck at their condo.  We received their request and submitted to their Board of Directors for consideration. Shortly thereafter the Board of Directors noted they installed this make shift fence without permission and prior to Board reviewing and making a decision. The [redacted] CCR’s prohibit any owner from making any changes to the exterior without prior approval of the [redacted] Board of Directors.  I have attached a copy ofthis provision for your records as well as a photograph of the illegally installed addition.    The [redacted] Board President notified us that the owner’s project was reviewed and was unacceptable as installed.   They asked we notify [redacted] that the fencing has to immediately be removed and an acceptable plan resubmitted for consideration.  I have attached pictures of the structure that was built.  It was not installed properly and was an eyesore.  They Board mandated that it be professionally installed, so that it was attractive and would have a long life.   It is the Boards job to ensure all exterior improvements are attractive, in harmony with and enhance the community.  Our management company and the Board treat everyone equally, requiring detailed specifics for external alterations before any work is done.  The Board, in fact, did approve 2 requests for external changes when they considered the [redacted] request.  They just want their change request to be specific in how the addition will be installed and how the finished project will look.  They only refused to approve the fence they had installed.  If he fulfills what is required of every resident, the Board will reconsider his request. To address the complaint about a numerous calls not being returned by my office…Mr. [redacted] called our office on May 18th and asked for Paul B[redacted], their property manager. The receptionist informed him that she was on vacation and he would need to leave her a message. He became belligerent and started swearing and demanding Paula be called on vacation and call him.  He was finally forwarded to Paula’s voicemail.  He called back within the hour, again demanding Paula be disturbed on vacation and call him back. He continued yelling and cursing and then said if Paula is not going to call him while on vacation then let me talk to her “[redacted] BOSS”.  Our receptionist placed him on hold to transfer him to my extension and he hung up before the call was forwarded.  Mr. [redacted] is correct we did not call him back, mainly because he did not leave a message but secondarily because we are not paid to speak to customers who use profanity and discriminatory language.  In closing if Mr. [redacted] would like to resubmit his change request with a detailed drawing of how the fence will be assembled, what materials will be used and what contractor will complete the work, we will be glad to resubmit to the [redacted] Board of Directors.  If he wishes to speak to any of my employees, myself included, he can call back and hold a respectful conversation.  Any time he becomes disrespectful or uses profanity and bigoted language we politely end the call.If I can be of further assistance please let me know. My office number is 545-0105.Sincerely, Tara B[redacted], CEO
