accusation. We also advised the customer our policy is the customer receives the proof and upon the customer's approval we print the invitations as ordered. Normally we do not refund in such cases, as the customer is given full review of any work we do and we only print upon approval. This customer demanded a refund in the amount of $9.27 and she also wrote us and said she did not wish to come back in the store.
