Party Plus Tents + Events

I paid Party Plus Tents + Events almost 1600 dollars for a tent, lights, chairs, and tables for my engagement party. An entire week before my event I sent them a picture of my space and they said that the tent will not fit in my space. I was very disappointed but I understood that they couldn’t accommodate. The outrage is that they tried to charge me 75% of the tent cost for “cancellation” fee even though I didn’t cancel!! They are the ones who couldn’t accommodate. In addition they didn’t bring the lights that I paid for at all. They are refusing to refund me for the services they couldn’t provide.
