Complaint: [redacted] Dear Revdex.com: I am rejecting this response because:I am NOT a 100% satisfied customer because of Party Pod’s lack of professionalism and poor quality photos.I DID NOT give Party Pod permission to bring their mother-in-law, wife, year old, year old, year old and month old infant to my son’s birthday party.Regarding payment, I spoke with Party Pod over the phone and they verbally let me know the chargesI gave them my credit card information for the $deposit first and then later I spoke with them again to give them my credit card information for hours of service at $I assumed that the $travel fee was included in the total, but never received an itemized billI DID NOT receive nor did I sign a formal contract.I DID show Party Pod different locations to sthe photo booth, but left it up to them because they were supposed to be the expertsRegarding the photos, Party Pod did not test the lighting and should have adjusted the photo booth or even changed locations once they noticed how the photos were coming out overexposed and under litThey also cut the photo strips by hand using a pair of scissors so the strips were cut jaggedIn addition to the poor quality and unprofessionally cut photos, Party Pod did not do a test print so the photo margins were off centeredAttached on page is an example of the online version and hardcopy of the same photoThe online version is the perfect example of how the photos are under lit and overexposedIn this version, you can see more of the people that are cut off in the hardcopy versionAs for the hardcopy version, you even knowOn pages 10-13, this individual points out the poor quality of these photos I DID give Party Pod permission to eat the catered Hawaiian food, but DID NOT offer for them to take food homeI DID NOT give Party Pod permission to participate in the games and win prizes that were assigned to invited children.I DID NOT give Party Pod permission to eat shaved ice from the Shaved Ice truck that I had purchased for my invited guestsThe following accusation stated by Party Pod is 100% FALSE, “We just found out about after she threatened us, [redacted] ***'s, by sending us a text message saying that if we don't go ahead and pay the $deposit back she will post our children's pictures on [redacted] which after she invited them to participate in the games at her sons birthday party.” Attached are screenshots of the text message exchange that I sent to Party PodI DID NOT state anywhere that I would be posting photos of Party Pod’s children.I DID NOT intentionally take photos of Party Pod’s childrenI DID NOT blackmail Party PodI did take photos at my son’s birthday party and Party Pod’s children happened to be in the photos because they were participating in the games and eating shaved iceI DID NOT ask for my deposit back while Party Pod was still at my son's party because it is very common for refunds to take a few weeksI allowed for weeks to go by to give Party Pod time to refund my depositAfter checking periodically for my refund and noticing it had not been refunded, I decided to text Party Pod on September 19thRegarding the following accusation, “we was getting ready to leave then we notice that our props was missing around $worth and also $was damaged also and they already damaged our back drop earlier,” Party Pod DID NOT inform me that props were missing nor did they bring to my attention that the back drop had been damaged while at my son’s partyParty Pod brought this to my attention only after I had initiated a text message inquiring about the refund for my $depositIn the future, I suggest that Party Pod monitor their props and inform their customers of any damaged or missing props while at their customer’s party so that any issues can be resolved accordinglySince these claims are after the fact, I’m finding it very difficult to believeRegarding the accusation of “cyber-bullying,” the forum that Party Pod is referring to is their [redacted] page where I wrote a review based on my personal experience as a customer of Party Pod’sThis “crew gang” that Party Pod refers to in their statement are made up of guests of my son’s party and people I don't even knowThese types of forums are meant for customers to do research on companies to determine whether or not they will use themIn fact, the reason why I chose Party Pod is because of two star reviews that I saw on their [redacted] PageHere is my review: [redacted] /Regarding the following accusation, “also come to find out that when we home to all take a shower all of because we have three full size showers in our large beautiful home that we live in and we was done we went to finally eat dinner the food that they offers to our family to take home at the end of there party beachside we have 100/class so my mother in law waited to all there guess to eat then she made when she was eating she was eating she cook on a pigs tooth and had to be rush to the hospital and lucky God was with her and they was able to take it out from her throat and she lived,” although I DID give Party Pod permission to eat the catered Hawaiian food, I DID NOT offer them to take it home as they are stating hereAdditionally, Party Pod’s claims that their mother-in-law choked on a pig’s tooth from my son’s party cannot be true for reasons – the Hawaiian food caterer uses pork butt, other guests did not choke on the food eaten at my son’s party and to Party Pod’s point, they DID NOT actually eat at my son’s party, as they claim they ate at home after my son’s partyHow can we be certain the food that their mother-in-law ate and choked on came from my son’s party? These accusations were made only after I inquired about refunding my $deposit.I never wanted things to escalate this far as I had a good experience with Zachary I [redacted] the weeks leading up to my son's partyHe was very professional and all I really wanted to do was give him feedback to help him improve on a few areas that could really help his businessHowever, Zachary I [redacted] and his family chose to handle this situation poorly and unprofessionallyI had originally requested a refund for my $deposit, however, after reflecting on my customer experience and seeing the photos Party Pod had posted online, I would like a full refund of $for their product and services, as well as, my $deposit (total of $484.50)Again, I am not 100% satisfied with the quality of the photos, as well as, Party Pod Hawaii's lack of professionalism Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern to the Revdex.com,We Party Pod Hawaii booked a photo booth birthday event on August 2015, for a lady by the name of [redacted] for her sons 1st birthday partyWhen I had spoken to her on the phone weeks in advanced prior to her event that she has to pay $for hours of photo booth time, a $deposit and also a $traveling fee which she did not payWe both came into an agreement when I had spoken to [redacted] ***'s that as long as our equipment and props or any of our property doesn't get damaged/stolen Party Pod would return their $deposit in full but they went ahead and broke the agreement with our company also [redacted] ***'s threatened our family and my mother in laws children (& years old) by showing their pictures on [redacted] just to get back at our company by using our kids pictures that they took without our permission, that was my brother-in-law who is years old & my wife's niece who's years oldWe just found out about after she threatened us, [redacted] ***'s, by sending us a text message saying that if we don't go ahead and pay the $deposit back she will post our children's pictures on [redacted] which after she invited them to participate in the games at her sons birthday partyWhile we was taking photos of their family and guest we thought that she was trying to be nice to our children, but come to find out later she was just trying to blackmail us by taking photos of my brother-in-law at the shave ice truck and also they took photos of my wife's niece standing in line to play the piñata with the other childrenThey also offered again ( [redacted] & her Husband) like when we first arrived that we can go eat and I told them "we came here to be professional and take pictures of your family and guest" but she kept insisting our family to eat, so my mother-in-law said she will take small plates to go for (Me, My Wife, and Herself) and [redacted] said "help yourself"I mentioned to her weeks in advance that if our equipment gets damaged or if our props gets missing then we're not returning the deposit, she broke the agreement that she promise she'll follow which they didn't after we took Her and her husband, her son Jack's photos on his first birthday and her family, friends and guests [redacted] 's guests children came along running around and knocked our backdrop purposely down like they was going wild and undisciplined they damage $worth of our props, that were smashed in! I DID NOT give Party Pod permission to bring their mother-in-law, wife, 12 year old, 9 year old, 2 year old and 5 month old infant to my son’s birthday party.
Regarding payment, I spoke with Party Pod over the phone and they verbally let me know the charges. I gave them my credit card information for the $100 deposit first and then later I spoke with them again to give them my credit card information for 3 hours of service at $384.50. I assumed that the $40 travel fee was included in the total, but never received an itemized bill. 
I DID NOT receive nor did I sign a formal contract.
I DID show Party Pod 2 different locations to set-up the photo booth, but left it up to them because they were supposed to be the experts.

Party Pod brought this to my attention only after I had initiated a text message inquiring about the refund for my $100 deposit. In the future, I suggest that Party Pod monitor their props and inform their customers of any damaged or missing props while at their customer’s party so that any issues can be resolved accordingly. Since these claims are after the fact, I’m finding it very difficult to believe. 
Regarding the accusation of “cyber-bullying,” the forum that Party Pod is referring to is their [redacted] page where I wrote a review based on my personal experience as a customer of Party Pod’s. This “crew gang” that Party Pod refers to in their statement are made up of guests of my son’s party and people I don't even know. These types of forums are meant for customers to do research on companies to determine whether or not they will use them. In fact, the reason why I chose Party Pod is because of two 5 star reviews that I saw on their [redacted] Page. Here is my review: [redacted]/. 
Regarding the following accusation, “also come to find out that when we home to all take a shower all of  because we have three full size showers in our large beautiful home that we live in and we was done we went to finally eat dinner the food that they offers to our family to take home at the end of there party beachside we have 100/00 class so my mother in law  waited to all there guess to eat then she made when she was eating she was eating she cook on a pigs tooth and had to be rush to the hospital and lucky God was with her and they was able to take it out from her throat and she lived,” although I DID give Party Pod permission to eat the catered Hawaiian food, I DID NOT offer them to take it home as they are stating here. Additionally, Party Pod’s claims that their mother-in-law choked on a pig’s tooth from my son’s party cannot be true for 3 reasons – the Hawaiian food caterer uses pork butt, 100 other guests did not choke on the food eaten at my son’s party and to Party Pod’s point, they DID NOT actually eat at my son’s party, as they claim they ate at home after my son’s party. How can we be certain the food that their mother-in-law ate and choked on came from my son’s party? These accusations were made only after I inquired about refunding my $100 deposit.
I never wanted things to escalate this far as I had a good experience with Zachary I[redacted] the weeks leading up to my son's party. He was very professional and all I really wanted to do was give him feedback to help him improve on a few areas that could really help his business. However, Zachary I[redacted] and his family chose to handle this situation poorly and unprofessionally. I had originally requested a refund for my $100 deposit, however, after reflecting on my customer experience and seeing the photos Party Pod had posted online, I would like a full refund of $384.50 for their product and services, as well as, my $100 deposit (total of $484.50). Again, I am not 100% satisfied with the quality of the photos, as well as, Party Pod Hawaii's lack of professionalism.

To whom it may concern to the Revdex.com,We Party Pod Hawaii booked a photo booth birthday event on August 29 2015, for a lady by the name of [redacted] for her sons 1st birthday party. When I had spoken to her on the phone 2 weeks in advanced prior to her event that she has to pay...

$387 for 3 hours of photo booth time, a $100 deposit and also a $40 traveling fee which she did not pay. We both came into an agreement when I had spoken to [redacted]'s that as long as our equipment and props or any of our property doesn't get damaged/stolen Party Pod would return their $100 deposit in full but they went ahead and broke the agreement with our company also [redacted]'s threatened our family and my mother in laws children (12 & 9 years old) by showing their pictures on [redacted] just to get back at our company by using our kids pictures that they took without our permission, that was my brother-in-law who is 12 years old & my wife's niece who's 9 years old. We just found out about after she threatened us, [redacted]'s, by sending us a text message saying that if we don't go ahead and pay the $100 deposit back she will post our children's pictures on [redacted] which after she invited them to participate in the games at her sons birthday party. While we was taking photos of their family and guest we thought that she was trying to be nice to our children, but come to find out later she was just trying to blackmail us by taking photos of my brother-in-law at the shave ice truck and also they took photos of my wife's niece standing in line to play the piñata with the other children. They also offered again ([redacted] & her Husband) like when we first arrived that we can go eat and I told them "we came here to be professional and take pictures of your family and guest" but she kept insisting our family to eat, so my mother-in-law said she will take 3 small plates to go for (Me, My Wife, and Herself) and [redacted] said "help yourself". I mentioned to her 2 weeks in advance that if our equipment gets damaged or if our props gets missing then we're not returning the deposit, she broke the agreement that she promise she'll follow which they didn't after we took Her and her husband, her son Jack's photos on his first birthday and her family, friends and guests. [redacted]'s guests children came along running around and knocked our backdrop purposely down like they was going wild and undisciplined they damage $50 worth of our props, that were smashed in! My brother-in-law asked them very politely if they can stop damaging our props my wife and brother-in-law and wife's 9 year old niece also heard them saying "Come on, let's steal the props" and my wife's niece told them "don't try to do that" and their guests kids was saying "we were told to" they laughed about it and ran away. I am rejecting this response because:I am NOT a 100% satisfied customer because of Party Pod’s lack of professionalism and poor quality photos.I DID NOT give Party Pod permission to bring their mother-in-law, wife, 12 year old, 9 year old, 2 year old and 5 month old infant to my son’s birthday party.Regarding payment, I spoke with Party Pod over the phone and they verbally let me know the charges. I gave them my credit card information for the $100 deposit first and then later I spoke with them again to give them my credit card information for 3 hours of service at $384.50. I assumed that the $40 travel fee was included in the total, but never received an itemized bill. I DID NOT receive nor did I sign a formal contract.I DID show Party Pod 2 different locations to set-up the photo booth, but left it up to them because they were supposed to be the experts. Regarding the photos, Party Pod did not test the lighting and should have adjusted the photo booth or even changed locations once they noticed how the photos were coming out overexposed and under lit. They also cut the photo strips by hand using a pair of scissors so the strips were cut jagged. In addition to the poor quality and unprofessionally cut photos, Party Pod did not do a test print so the photo margins were off centered. Attached on page 9 is an example of the online version and hardcopy of the same photo. The online version is the perfect example of how the photos are under lit and overexposed. In this version, you can see more of the people that are cut off in the hardcopy version. As for the hardcopy version, you can noticeably see that the strips are cut jagged and people are cut off. I’ve also included screenshots taken from Party Pod’s [redacted] page of photos with comments from an individual that I don’t even know. On pages 10-13, this individual points out the poor quality of these photos.  I DID give Party Pod permission to eat the catered Hawaiian food, but DID NOT offer for them to take food home. I DID NOT give Party Pod permission to participate in the games and win prizes that were assigned to invited children.I DID NOT give Party Pod permission to eat shaved ice from the Shaved Ice truck that I had purchased for my invited guests. The following accusation stated by Party Pod is 100% FALSE, “We just found out about after she threatened us, [redacted]'s, by sending us a text message saying that if we don't go ahead and pay the $100 deposit back she will post our children's pictures on [redacted] which after she invited them to participate in the games at her sons birthday party.” Attached are screenshots of the text message exchange that I sent to Party Pod. I allowed for 3 weeks to go by to give Party Pod time to refund my deposit.
