The customer was provided with tables and chairs, for her event November 8th 2014She called us 3 weeks later to ask if we accidently took one of her tables, I informed her that I would go inventory all tables, her mother in law called 3 days later demanding her (2)tables... returned?? After inventory we did not find any with her name, I have not doubt that a table disappeared, just not by us, however I would be more then glad to give her one of our tables as the person that rented from us stated..

Hi to whom it may concern, I am sending this email in response to the complaint above
I spoke to a gentleman days prior to the actual rental, he said he needed tablecloth for a funeral
he didn't call back until the day he needed the tablecloth and said he would be
picking them up but didn't say what time, he seemed a bit confused or stressed, and under the circumstances rightfully so, and because he didn't give me a time I told him that I would carry the tablecloth with me in my "van" ready for him once I have left our location, and that I needed a credit card and drivers license or Id, and that the rental had to be returned the day after the event or additional charges would apply, he said ok

that afternoon he text me that he was sending someone out, I reminded him about the cash amount and that I need credit card and drivers license or Id upon pick up, he said they would provide that as he had informed them, I replied ok,

three ladies showed up and I walked over to them with the linen and mentioned the total and that I needed the information requested, I believe that English was possibly a second language to them as I could barely make out what she said, I repeated that I needed a credit card and drivers license information, one of the ladies said no!, and handed me a $bill to which I said, well then I will keep the remainder as a deposit and when you bring them back the day after tomorrow, I will return the balanceshe said ok
