They say non scary clown so I would have expected maybe light makeup cute dress big shoes you know A CLOWNInstead I got a young lady with regular clothes and a cheap and crappy dress over her clothesthey had a cheap looking bose speaker connected to there iphone I mean fine I guess, played limbo times and hot potatoeI ordered cotton candy machine but since I didnt read their crappy contract and my party was in a park I couldnt cotton candy no electricbut THEY STILL CHARGED ME!!they told me they can replace the cotton candy for a limbo game??!! Listen I can go on and hours they make there website made out to be something they really aren't they are over priced and extremely BORINGI would love a refund of something I have to pay before I seegranted their contract says provide then they send u a contract after a non refundable fee like what if I don t like the contract or the fact that I might have to provide ever d**n thing u need u still made ur days worth cause u charged me a fee of $just a plan rip of! And I will make them known as the WORST Clown business ever!!!

The company will contact [redacted] and handle this matter as professional and fair as we can. She did mention that she liked most of the entertainment we sent her, she just thought the magic show...

Review: When I hired their services we discussed a package price on receiving specific services to be issued at [redacted]. The services included a clown entertainer and a magician which would do interactive games with the kids for two hours with balloon twisting and tattooing. The magic show would have both kids comedy and a live animal. Snow cone machine to substitute for the cotton candy machine. I did not witness or see them doing any interactive games, my guest complained there were no interactive games, the magician was suppose to arrive between 6-6:30 to do the show but arrived at 6:43 and left at 6:57 which barely gave any time to do the magic show. The magician ran out stating they had another gig. The carnival tent with table top games which were part of the package were so cramped together because they did not provide a table with the table top games and we had to find a small one which had the games on top of each other. The entertainer was very pleasant but the service over all was a horrible experience. When I emailed the sales rep who put the package together then changed our whole agreement to justify there should not be any kind of refund. Now even though I have a copy of the agreement which shows I would receive 2 hours of the full service the rep is trying to break down everything and stating the magic show is suppose to be only 10 mins and that they played interactive games while I went to the store to buy ice for the snow cone machine and the table is not part of the agreement (even though it said foldng table on the contract) to accommodate the games. So its my problem pretty much that the games were cramped onto the table. Then she also insist that the agreement included a delivery charge of $120 with was part of the package and the magician was at no charge. NO where in our contract does it have a break down of any of these charges she is claiming.Desired Settlement: She wants to only give a $40 credit. I do not think this is fair. I am expecting at least $150 credit which would be the minimum charge I would of been charged from any business in this service providing at least a 1 hour clown/magic show alone.
