Review: I have not received my wedding video from my wedding over a year ago. I have contacted the point of contact several times throughout the year and received a run around and then no response at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my wedding video, at this point I should receive a refund as well since its been over a year.

Review: My son's Bar Mitzvah was October **, 2011. I was told from [redacted] that my video was lost. I was told he'd look for it, well almost 3 years later, nothing. He had mentioned numerous times that he'd give me a refund. As stated almost 3 years later and still nothing. He knows my phone numbers and refuses to answer. I had to call from a number he didn't know just to get him to answer the phone. He just keeps giving me the run around of why he hasn't sent the refund. He has no physical address of business and when I ask for it, he says he doesn't have one. The website is old and no one can contact him, nor does he get back to you. DO NOT hire this person EVER!!!Desired Settlement: Either find video and/or give me refund. This is going on almost 3 years. He has said numerous times he would give me a refund. To date, September **, 2014 I have gotten nothing. Over the last two years I have email, texted, called and left messages and every once in a blue he'll answer and will just say same thing, sorry, things have been bad. I looked for video and it's not around I will send refund, which still hasn't occurred.

Review: I hired a company called Party Up Entertainment that I found on a wedding site back in January. The DJ came to my house. I researched him and did not find any bad reviews. He came to my home, we hired him to provide DJ and Photography services.I paid in full and now he is ignoring all of my text messages, phone calls and written requests. I see he has a personal [redacted] page and is active on it so I know that he is alive and well. I've messaged him on that too with no reply.He has not provided me with the photos from my daughters party. All I want is pictures.
