I am rejecting this response because:
Attached you'll find the invoice for what was purchasedThe description of the tent lists the tent to be a frame tent, which is accepted by every other tent company in the industry as a structure that uses angled support beams from the outer frame to create a peakI have included links to a number of other companies that all define a frame tent in the same mannerI have not yet been able to locate a single other company that defines a frame tent as a structure with a supporting pole in the center and tension straps used on the exterior to create the ceiling structure. When I spoke with the customer several times that Thursday and I tried to explain this and that other companies may have tents without frames but they are more expensive and it would cost additional. He was not interested in paying more money. Rental companies call products different things at time. Not once did I say there was not a pole in the middle. I was not asked if their was. Again, I have sub-contracted with this other company for four years and we have not had one complaint. Until now. Attached is the tent he rented and was set-up and delivered. This is the same tent I rented out several times over the past four years and was defined as a framed tent.
