The answer is obvious no."Coupon Cabin did in fact refund him 3%, as well as an additional $as a courtesy." CouponCabin gave me a courtesy $credit as they value me as a customerThis doesn't indicate I should give up the right to argue with AliceAlso, CouponCabin increased cashback from 1% to 3%, which is to be applied for future purchaseThis is CouponCabin's own action, which doesn't give Alice any right not to do what Alice is obliged toAlso, this compensation from CouponCabin is much less than what I should get from Alice."We then offered him a 15% off discount on a future order"This offer makes no sense to meOften I can find a 15% off coupon if I want to make a new purchaseBut I don't even want to buy something again on Alice, so that make no sense at all(I have more to say but this is to be truncatedPlease direct me another link so I can continue...)

our customer service. We immediately addressed this to our affiliate agency, who manages our affiliate program with Coupon Cabin. They put us in contact with someone at Coupon Cabin and they confirmed that the sale wasn’t attributed to them, but to another affiliate in our program. We relayed this information to the customer, who emailed us back extremely unhappy. We then offered him a 15% off discount on a future order, which he turned down. He claimed he didn’t visit another website before placing his order, so we again addressed the concern to our affiliate agency. They informed us that Coupon Cabin did in fact refund him 3%, as well as an additional $5 as a courtesy. He continued to email our customer service, to which we again offered the 15% off discount, and he again rejected. As he has been refunded by Coupon Cabin, there was no other monetary amount available to offer the customer.
