Review: I became a client of Mr. [redacted]'s in 2011 due to having been in a car accident. I ended up bringing two cases to him from 2011 and 2012. IN that time, I had been given a new lawyer by [redacted], because the first lawyer I had met was pulled for having shady practices. One of the shady practices that had occurred, was that Mr. [redacted] (the first attorney assigned to my case), sent me to a personal recommended doctor. That doctor took a couple of x-rays and wrote a report for $1200. I had already seen a doctor, and thought it was odd that I was being recommended to see a doctor, when I was not asking for one. I obliged, because I figured that the lawyer knew what was best for my case.I was also asked by my second lawyer (Mr. [redacted]) to request a bill from the chiropractor that my daughter and I were seeing. The chiropractor was originally seeing my daughter for free, but the lawyer wanted a paper trail, so he asked for a bill.After my second accident closed, the lawyers decided that they would quickly close the first (which had been open since December 2010) and they decided to drop my daughter, from the first accident, because she was not worth enough money for their practice. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I explained multiple times that my daughter was a priority, and they acted as if they understood. So now, there are two things they have left open. First, they never submitted the bill from the first accident doctor to the med pay on the Allstate account. I was guaranteed by [redacted], that he would personally submit the bill to be paid. To this day, it has nbot been done, and my phone calls are being ignored. Secondly, There is now a chiropractic bill for my daughter, that was originally free and now have large bill created per Mr. [redacted]'s request, and then they drop her as a client, once my larger (second) case was closed.I truly believe that his office strung me along, waiting for the larger to case to close and when it did, decided to leave us high and dry.Desired Settlement: My desire is for Mr. [redacted]'s office to refund the $1200 for the doctor on the first case, directly to myself. Since they have not found the time in the 2 1/2 years to submit the pay request.I also want [redacted]s office to pay the doctor bills for my daughters chiropractor bill in the amount of $1420. This is a bill they wanted to have and then dropped my daughter as a client, not fighting to have the bills paid.The total sum due is $2620.
