As of today, April **, , my son still doesn't have his certification of completionHis birthday has come and gone and cannot get his senior license until the certificate is receivedAgain, this class was completed in January and the make up classes were done in March after my due diligence with PASIt has been a month since the classes were done and the certificate has not been received.

The four driving session were made up eventually.  I did explain the circumstances to [redacted] and apologize to her for the delay and seem to understand, based on our conversation.  In reference to the driving instructor and buying him coffee. First of all, they should not have gone to [redacted], since this is not part of the lesson. Secondly, if I have known about this sooner, I would have spoken to the instructor to reprimand him and done something about this early on. [redacted] response to me, she did not say anything, because the students did like the teacher.The certificate that [redacted] mentioned, the high school along with PAS has worked hard to rectify, paperwork that the state needed in order to receive this certificate. As soon as it arrives to the high school it will be prepared and given to students ASAP. Lastly, the high school not to use PAS for drivers ed, this might come to fruition, since a complaint was given to the school district.  Just to let you know.

Review: Dear PAS auto school, My name is [redacted] and I purchased a 5 hr. mini package (5 hr. lessons + driving test ). I am charged for $324 on 5 September for the fees. I finished 4 classes. I figured out that my driving instructor was not teaching me what I was supposed to learn. So I decided to cancel the remaining class and the road test. So I am requesting a refund for 1 driving lesson and the road test. I have called PAS Auto school several times (atleast 15-20 times) since ** September 2013 for the refund. Now it has been over 1 month and I have not received the refund. Every time I call for refund, I am asked for "my name", "credit card information for refund". And every time I get answer that your refund case is still with the accountant. They do not give me any estimate when I will get the refund. Always the same answer that your case is with accountant. I am not provided with accountant's contact information and the people on phone say that they don't know when the accountant will process the refund. It is over a month now. Can you please process my refund now? thanks [redacted]Desired Settlement: Please process the refund ASAP

Dealing with them was the worst experience. Paid them for 10 hours of driving and taking my teen to their road test. Scheduling with instructor was impossible and TWO months later she only drove 5 times! We rescheduled her road test once because of them and their incompetence and now she has to cancel this next one because they just now informed us that they have no instructor and no one to take her to the road test. Their office staff is rude, uncaring and nasty. Their instructor was nasty and blatantly lied! The money I now have to dispute with credit card company is the least of it, I have not tell my teen they are not taking their road test again which will now be another 2 month wait. I would never ever use them again and highly suggest you don't either if you want reliable, kind, respectable driving lessons and a business who fulfills their end of a written agreement!

Review: PAS is offered at my sons high school. I paid $485 for the program. The program consists of 16 lecture casses and 16 classes of driving instruction. there are four driving classes that were cancelled. I have called at least five times leaving [redacted] and [redacted] messages regarding make up classes. My calls were never returned. his classes ended in January. Here we are in March and still no call. I called today to ask for a refund for the four classes that he did not take. I was told by [redacted] that my son won't get his certificate if they refund me. That is ridiculous and my son should not be penalized for their actions. I am only looking for reimbursment for the four driving classes that he did not get.

Not to mention, the driving teacher told the kids that they can stop at [redacted] but only if they bought the instructor coffee. That is completly unethical!Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the 4 classes he did not take and for my son to get his certificate. The scholl will be notified and suggested that they no longer use PAS for drivers ed.

Review: I contacted PAS Auto School in [redacted] after my daughter missed the cutoff date for taking driver's education at her high school. I explained to the gentlemen, [redacted], that she missed driver's ed with her high and I wanted to get her lesson and driver education so that she can obtain a junior license at 16 1/2 and a senior license at 17. He then told me the price of the package and I said it was higher than the driver's ed program. After asking me to hold he came back and offered me 10% discount. I gave all necessary information needed and began scheduling the lessons.Around the 7th lesson my daughter's driving instruction let he know that she would be eligible for her senior license at 17 because this wasn't the right program. I called PAS Auto beginning August **, 2014 and explained the misleading information. I was told no they never do a drivers' education program and no employee would have said that. They would look into it and call me back. Needless to say, I had to make all the calls (4 plus calls) only to be told today that nothing can be done and they will give me 10% refund since I was not satisfied. Well that is not a solution for me.PAS Auto does run driver's education course through other high schools in my area. I asked that they provide that to us at a much reduced rate or since we already paid $600 to them for a product they did not deliver. I was told they would not do that. High dirver's ed is independent and they are contracted through the schools.This is my 3rd child that has obtained a permit. I was crystal clear with the service I want. I proved that [redacted], PAS employee, understood me clearing by him giving me a discount. I'm furious that a company can pull a bait and swithch with no reprecussions because it is his word vs. my word. Furthermore, [redacted], the [redacted], was made aware of the ongoing situation and never once in the past 11 days picked up a phone to call me. I requested today to speak with him, NOT available all day.Desired Settlement: I feel PAS Auto should cover the cost of a driver's education program of my choice. The bait and switch and denial by them of any wrong doing is unacceptable. I was crystal clear and would not have wasted my time and money on a course that didn't result in a senior license at 17.

Spoke with [redacted] on Oct *, 2014 in response to her complaint with PAS Auto School. Listening to [redacted] it was determined that it was a misunderstanding in conversation with [redacted] ,to whom she spoke with initially. [redacted] was issued a full refund of $605 for the confusion of the matter. I further clarified to [redacted] that PAS Auto School is not driver ed, PAS contract with high schools to provide in car training and if she is interested in signing up her daughter for driver ed she needs to contact the high school directly.[redacted] did mention to me that she manage to sign up her daughter for driver ed at a high school, to which, I was delighted to hear.

In hindsight, [redacted] was pleased with the service of private lessons given to her daughter and will recommend the instructor who gave her daughter the private lessons.
