there are some un paid changes orders that are not paid $for the work done in the bath pad for the washer and dryer $250, the crown molding down the hall $150, the water pipe to the ref$ 125,the installation of the three way light switch for the dinning room light $ 125, the installation of the dinning room light $ , the installation of the washer and dryer and the water to the dryer $= $ change orders are to be paid when the work is done

I am rejecting the contractors response for the following reasons: 1) you were paid an additional $1000 in July for items that were added after we signed the contract together. The $450.00 was included in the $1,000 that was paid to you. 2) I am not aware of the installation of a 3 way switch in the dining room. You were not asked to install a switch in the dining room.You through out a custom made wood hood from our kitchen. It was valued at over $4,000, I have an estimate from Kitchen & Sales. You also through out several wood panels without out permission. We also had to replace several blinds from our living room, and dining room because they were not in reusable condition once you took them off the Windows. Considering you through out over $4,000 worth of items from my home "by mistake" AND there are several items still pending from my original contract with you - I find your request for an additional $1300 to be unreasonable. It does not seem to me that this will be resolved amicably, and I will seek other recourse.
