BE ADVISED... THIS COMPANY “P.A.S. PROGRAM” OBTAINED ALL MY CREDIT HISTORY DATING BACK MORE THAN FIVE YEARS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE CALLS FROM A MAN NAMED ALEXANDER ALVAREZ STATING THAT HE WAS REFERED TO ME BY A CONSUMER AGENCY DUE TO ERRORS WITH MY CREDIT HISTORY; YET MR. ALVAREZ COULD NOT PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT REFERED HIM TO ME; BUT WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE AN ASSESSMENT OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT ALL THREE CREDIT AGENCIES HAVE IN THEIR COLLECTIVE FILES WITH MY NAME, PASSED ADDRESSES GOING BACK TO PUERTO RICO, DATE OF BIRTH AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY (LAST4). HE STATES THAT FOR A FEE OF $500, HE CAN ASSIST WITH NEGATIVE POST REMOVALS FROM THE THREE CREDIT AGENCIES ON MY BEHALF.

I CALLED THE COMPANY’S MAIN OFFICE AT (844) 538-1662, ADDRESS LOCATION, 6034 CORAL WAY, MIAMI, FL 33155-2017, AND SPOKE TO A WOMAN WHO HAD ANSWERED THE PHONE BUT SHE REFUSED TO ASSIST ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE HARRASING CALLS AS HE HUNG THE PHONE UP REFUSING TO ASSIST ME. WHEN I CALLED BACK NO ONE PICKS UP THE LINE AND AFTER SEVERAL ATEMPTS NOW MY NUMBER HAS BEEN BLOCKED. IT’S IRONIC THAT I BLOCK THEIR NUMBERS YET THEY KEEP ON CALLING ME UNDER A DIFFERENT NUMBERS BUT WHEN I CALL TO MAKE A COMPLAINT OF HARRASMENT THEY BLOCK MY NUMBER.

THESE CALL ARE REALLY AFFECTING MY WORK PERFORMANCE FOR I KEEP RECEIVING CALLS FROM MR. ALVAREZ PRESSURING ME TO PURCHASE HIS SERVICES.

ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS COMPANY “P.A.S. PROGRAM” TO STOP CALLING ME AND THE REMOVAL OF ALL MY PERSONAL DATA REMOVED FROM THEIR SYSTEM.

Unrequested advertisement abd pushy sale tactics and harassment
On sep 23 2020 between 5-5:15 pm, from number XXX-XXX-XXXX a person staying at my household received an unrequested call. Me and other people of this household receive calls from them and we feel harassed. One time we requested the calls to stop and the rep claimed that it was not possible.

Desired Outcome

Please, delete all our information from your system, for numbers XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX and do not contact us in the future, directly or indirectly. Do not forward or share our information with other parties who may contact us.

Dear Mrs., we apologize for any caused inconvenience with our calls. As you requested, your phone number is going to be deleted from our records and we won't be calling again, however and because our goal is to bring an excellent service to our customers and potential customers, our Quality Control Department made a research in the information contained in our servers in order to listen to the calls and correct any incorrect procedure from our representatives.

The result of that research shows us that our agents only called to the number ended in 3363 and there are no outgoing calls to the number ended in 5570. Between January 1st 2020 and today, September 24th 2020, there are only 3 outgoing calls to that number as follows: The first one on February 13th 2020 at 15:51 with a duration of 3 seconds; the second one on August 7th 2020 at 16:57 with a duration of 1 minute and 7 seconds; the third and last one yesterday September 23rd 2020 with a duration of 9 seconds.

We appreciate for your time to inform us about the situation because it helps us to improve our services. Please let us know if there are any other phone numbers receiving calls from our company in order to take the necessary correctives and if you have any further question, do not hesitate to contact us.

As long as we don't get any more unrequested calls or messages, or emails or mail, we are satisfied with the business response.

Customer service totally unhelpful claiming the call will be returned, but it's not. Caller names are given, but aren't available when asked for.
September 21, 2020 at 6:45 pm, I received a call from XXX-XXX-XXXX. Caller claimed they were from PASCredito and wanted to help me restore my credit. The caller claimed their name was *** (last name might be spelled wrong). Unfortunately, they required a lot of personal information, which is why I'm filing the complaint to avoid identity theft and such. My full name, home address, phone number, and social security number were given. Caller claimed the information was necessary for the creation of the credit report, which supposedly was going to take 10 to 15 minutes to create. However, I did not receive a call back with said report. I called back at 7:27 pm and the number turned out to be out of service. So, I called the number on their website (XXX-XXX-XXXX) at 7:28 pm and was directed to an automated option menu. After selecting the option to speak with customer service, it rang once and then I was directed back to the automated option menu (this seemed to be on a loop, no matter which option from the menu you picked). There was another number associated with this company (XXX-XXX-XXXX) that I called as well at 7:44 pm, and it led me to the same automated option menu. I filed a report to SSA.gov to again avoid having my identity stolen. The following day (September 22, at 10:13 am) I called PASCredito again, and in the option of dialing the employee's number, I dialed the number that called me the previous day. At this, a woman answered and again claimed that she was from PASCredito. She said her name was *** I asked if the previous caller was there, but it seems that she wasn't. I gave a complaint about not hearing back from them with my credit report, and this caller said that that was not part of their protocol, and the complaint will be taken to quality control. By giving her my phone number, she was able to find my file in their system. She said that they will, once again, call me back about the report, and that either an analyst or manager will be the one calling back. I didn't trust her statement, so at 10:34 am I called again. This time, another woman answered and I asked if I could talk to the woman I spoke with in the previous call. It seems that she wasn't there, and was told that they were going to call back. I still don't believe they'll call back at all. Their website seems legitimate, but that could be a scam. And the address that appears on the website, when looked up on Google Maps, it looks like a very sketchy building and there are no signs with the name PASCredito anywhere. All I want is for this company to delete all of my information. Luckily, I haven't given out any financial details, but I'm very concerned about having given out my social security number. All the help provided will be much appreciated.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I seek from this business is for them to delete, erase, eliminate all of my information that they have in their system. I don't want to be associated with this business at all. I also don't want them to contact me ever again. I will like some sort of confirmation that my information has been deleted.

As you mentioned, *** who is one of our representatives called you on September 21st and after explaining what are our services about and the required process to get satisfactory results, she asked about some personal information in order to get your updated credit profile information. You can be absolutely sure that all the information is not going to be used for any different purpose because we are a company with more than 16 years helping our customers all over the US and Puerto Rico and never had any identity theft issues.

The number you called us back is not an incoming calls line and that is why you got that out of service message but we have 2 Toll Free lines to receive our customers calls during business hours (9:00am to 7:00pm eastern time) and according to your complaint, you called us at 7:28pm and 7:44pm when there were no available customer service representatives. We apologize because our representative did not get in touch with you as soon as she said during the call, but as *** infomed you, the Quality Control Department is working to improve all our process in order to avoid those kinds of errors. According to our records, you got a phone call from our company the next day, september 22nd, and all the information on your credit file was analyzed and verified with you. After that analysis, you said to our representative that you will no longer require our services because already know how to dispute the reported negative information and that you will be calling us back in case help was needed.

We appreciate that you to got in touch with us and of course if you don't require our services, all the provided information will be deleted from our records and you won't be receiving any call from our company, as requested. If you have any further question, please do not hesitate to contact us Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm.

This company called me to offer services to fix my credit. I payed them $300 but they not following what they offered.
This company called me to offer their service to fix my credit. I sent the required documents and payed $300 more than 3 months ago. They said it would take 30 to 60 days for a written report. Two months later I have not received the written report. I called them again and they said I would receive it in 2 weeks. It has been 4 weeks and nothing. I called them back today and they ask evidence of bills. I feel like this is an excuse to keep delaying this. If they needed more documents why they waited for me to reach them.

Desired Outcome

I need them to complete the work they started in a timely manner. After this I don't want them intervening in any way with my credit and/or financial accounts.

We apologize by any inconvenient caused to you and must confirm there was certainly a misunderstanding when providing the information on our customer service department last Monday, February 26th, when you called us. Our customer service representative made a mistake when informed that you must send us some documents; those were sent by you several weeks ago and we received them and sent attached to the dispute letters to the three credit bureaus. As our Quality Control Supervisor informed you yesterday when she called you, we are disputing all the incorrect information on your credit reports; she gave you a detailed report about every disputed account and also informed we were going to send new dispute letters to the credit bureaus demanding a prompt answer because they cannot take more time than specified by law.

The letters were resent to the credit bureaus by mail yesterday, February 27th, and now we have to wait for the answers to analyze them and give you all the contained information about the disputed accounts. As soon as we finish this process, we are not going to intervene in any issue related to your credit or your financial accounts, our only function and interest is to help you improving your credit history by updating and correcting all the incorrect negative information reported.

I have insisted for them to place a note on their system,that I do not need it, and do no wish their services. However they agreed to stop calling me, they keep doing it. During the week of February 4th to 8th, they called me twice.

Recibí una llamada de esta compañía que tengo problemas con el crédito y ellos me pueden ayudar. Ellos cobran $400 por este servicio. Como no entiendo bien el proceso les dí acceso a mi cuenta de banco, y a mi información personal y me enviaron un documento donde tengo que proveer la copia de la licencia de conducir, recibo de utilidades, seguro social. En adición tengo que firmar un documento aceptando los términos y condiciones. Sin haber firmado el documento que recibí el 10/1/2018, ya habían cobrado una porción del total sin mi aprobación escrita. No quiero continuar con este servicio que no solicité inicialmente.

Solicito un reembolso del dinero cobrado y que sea enviado vía cheque certificado. I request a refund of the money collected and that it be sent via certified check.

They call, saying that I was being refer by Equifax, Transunion and Experian due to credit problems. As far as I know neither due references to Credit repair agencies. They want to verify my credit and when I ask about my derogatory notes, the said we don't have any, but you are being refer to us and We would like to go over them with you. After I told them that I had in front of me a recent report from all 3 agencies, that my credit was going up, and that I was with the time frame by Bankruptcy law, of 7 years. They immediately got rude and told me to then check in 7 years and see what happens. I take that as a thread, to intimidate people into buying their product.

Did not like at all the tactic they are using to get you to charge 450.00 dollars for there services.
I received a phone call from this company offering me to help my credit score. They started to ask me for my personal information.After that, they explained the problem, the sales person wanted to obligate me to pay $450.00 so they can take care of my credit score. She started to ask me for my bank account information, and I refused to do so. This is when I got concerned that this company maybe a scam. This happened August 23, 2018 around 4:30 p.m.

I would that this company will erase from there data all my personal and sensitive information that I gave them.

False accusation of credit report.
I received a call today from *** stating that my credit score was in negative and they wanted to assist on the repair of my credit. I provided my SSN and haven't heard from this company again. I request that any process is stopped and remove my information from the system. I do not provide authorization to perform any actions on my accounts, nor my credit, or anything related with my credit score.

I've made research and this company has an F with the Revdex.com and make unauthorized charges to people and this is a violation of the Credit Repair Organization Act.

I also just made a notification to the FBI so if any of my accounts are charged or my credit score is affected this will be escalated.

To remove my information from all their systems immediately.

Trying to charge me $450 to repair my credit and they have all my information saying the Credit Bureau gave them that information.
They call me and told me my credit is bad but that I pay really good but that maybe someone is trying to use my information to get credit cards. So they have all my information(including my Social Security) and still want me to send them a fax with my license, a Bill and my Social Security. Pay them $450 in a 3 payment method to pay them so they can repair my credit.

Desired Outcome

I don't want them to use that information to sell it or something because having all my information is really delicate.

Received a call from them a year ago and I declined Their service I reside on Puerto Rico.
I received a call 17 minutes ago telling me that tgey want me to pay 400 dollars to fix my credit statement. I told them I wasn't interested and they started harrassing me by telling me that I am not interested in fixing my credit and they are goibg to relay my response to Equifax to take the required action. I have been told that they are not authorized to operate in Pueryo Rico which is where I reside.

Desired Outcome

I desire for this company to stop contactong me.
