Review: This company is an absolute disgrace. They are the building managers of several Upper East Side residential rental units and they have exhibited a pattern of neglect, avoidance, unprofessionalism and unwarranted delay of return of security deposits, not just to myself but to multiple other people who have experienced the same. They are beyond rude and unresponsive. Multiple months worth of emails and phone calls go completely ignored, and then if you do actually manage to get anyone on the phone they have literally hung up on me several times! [redacted] and the receptionist [redacted] are horrible, rude, vicious, aggressive people. I was due my security deposit in full on 10/*/2013 and to date have only received partial funds back (without any explanation as to what the deduction was for - indeed none is merited as the place was actually left in BETTER condition than we found it). From looking into the matter I know many many people have experienced equally or even worse behavior from them, including multiple people that were out heat and hot water and several reports of them entering the premises unsolicited while residents are out. I am convinced they are likewise shirking their legal responsibilities to put our security deposits in Escrow as per NY State law, and I would not at all be surprised if they are in violation of much much more that we do not even know about. I ask that they be fully investigated because the lack of professionalism is such that I have to wonder what they're doing with their time and money.Desired Settlement: I would like the $125 I am still owed in security deposit (now 41 days overdue). More than anything I would like them to have to answer to me and the other people whose time has been wasted on these types of battles over their despicable behavior. If as I suspect they are indeed involved in illegal activity or are in violation of other landlord laws, I would like to see them fully prosecuted for same. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with what I've had to deal with.

Review: Dear Sir,

I was a tenant of the Apartment No. [redacted]. The building is managed by Liberty Enterprises Inc. but they also might go as Pasadena Realty as the phone number ###-###-#### is registered to them. I moved out on the [redacted] of August 2013 and have yet to receive my security deposit of 2100 US Dollars. In mid-October I was told by Raquel Concepcion, an employee, that I would receive my deposit in a day or two but that never happened. I called the company again in the second week of November. This time I spoke to [redacted], another employee, who told me the same thing as Raquel said but that never happened.

It's been 84 days now since I moved out and I have no idea whether my deposit will be returned. Emails and Phone Calls go unanswered. I have a feeling that since I'm an international student that maybe I don't have the right to get my security deposit. I believe that your Bureau has received multiple complaints against this Management company.Desired Settlement: 2100 USD
