I read their ad and the reviews and purchased an item The complaint is I cannot reach the company about the usage Every phone number given either is busy or disconnects If I cannot get the help as promised, I do not want the service All I really want is legitimate phone numbers that will connect me to this company The number given ###-###-#### does not belong to them The number in their ad is to a health group Then I was given ###-###-#### from my credit card charge, and the number is actually ###-###-#### But when I call this number all it does is ring busy and then disconnects
They are not living up to their ad that you can reach them any time I feel as if I was scammed Why is it so difficult to get in touch with them if they are a legitimate business? Please help
