Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below As I stated in the original complaint after four attempts and paying tens of thousands of dollars on this one transmission job , never the less paying more than thousands for truck rental while our truck was being held up for weeks at a time The transmission still does not not function properlynor does the high beam switchI can mail copies of the truck costs as well as all the truck tow and rental fees each time it malfunctioned this company as I said does not , care about the little business on the bottom ( as we are ) especially when it has larger companies to deal with I feel it is injust , to with attempts and tens of thousands of dollars later still fell we owe !! We installed a replacement engine in Mr*** truck 9/8/The unfortunately the EGR cooler failed shortly after and was repaired under the replacement engine warranty at no charge to Mr***About two weeks after the engine installation on 11/23/Mr*** complained that the truck
would not startThe truck was towed to our shop to find the cause of the problemThe engine was checked and found no problemsWe found an electrical supply problem in the wiring harness on the truck chassis that supplies power to the engine and other parts of the truckWe examined the wiring harness and found a corroded plug connection to engineThis plug was replaced and the engine start and run But the engine would stumble and misfire at times indicating that there was additional problems in the wiring harnessMr*** called incessantly about when the truck would be finishedhe was told more time would be needed to find the wiring problemHe then said he would take the truck to another shop to get it repaired and I agreed to thatMr*** picked up his truck and drove off with itMr*** was not charged for any of these repairs to the wiring harnessIt is Mr*** prerogative to bring the truck to another shop to make repairs We do not plan on refunding any charges for repair work done bu other repair shopsWe did everything possible to satisfy Mr***The wiring harness in the truck chassis was not previously worked on by usThe wiring harness is old and worn and just happened to failThe wiring problem was not caused by us and we made no mistakes

[After four attempts to fix the transmission, within twelve weeks the transmission is still not functioning correctlyThe problem to be fixed was third gear and it continues to slipSo after the initial 4,for the transmission job, we also had to pay 8,out of pocket for rentals upon the twelve weeks of repair, as well as a 2,emergency brake repair that was paid for in full and brought back to be fixed, is still faulty and does not work at allThe bill that the business is requesting in the present time includes a *** inspection that they passed the truck, that in fact we were on the road, was stopped and failed by ***Which can be verified by *** themselvesWe are asking that in all of the faults upon the company that they dismiss the bill in question.]

I am writing in response to Complaint#*** from *** ***This customers’ complaint is totally unfounded as far as we are concernedWe spent countless hours trying to help this customer get his truck running properlyWe actually lost money on this jobWe got the part manufacturer to actually replace the part, even though the manufacturer felt that there was nothing wrong with itThis customer never once mentioned to our company that they were unwilling to pay the bill for items not covered under warrantyHe actually told our AR Dept that a check was mailed for a partial payment, which in fact they never sent to usThe AR girl did not call the customer dailyThe AR girl left voicemails to which the customer most of the time never responded toThe AR girl is very sweet and respectful with all our customers including this customerOur company bent over backwards to help this customer get his truck up and runningThe actual bill that we are speaking of is dated 2/8/in the amount of $This customer has paid nothing on this bill from then until nowPlease, dismiss this customers’ complaint based on the already stated facts.
