This is in response to the complaint filed against Paschall Air & HeatThis incident took place more than a year agoI have attached a letter from *** to *** in response to the homeowners complaintWe have not heard anything else concerning this issue in almost a year and would assume

Have a blessed Day,*** ***###-###-#### Our Technician Alan went out to diagnosis the problem that we were ask to check outHe was oueide and shorted a high voltage wire on the Condenser outsideat the same Hme the customer heard a noise near the 'IV and a loud pop and went ouGide to see if the technician was ok Alan just assumed it was his fault, as he is not an elec&icianI ( *** ) went out to the customers house and found voltage on both sides of the plug for that &cuit'fre circuit going there shorted and I could not determine where it was shorted so I tied to trace the wire and I traced it into the attic and it appeared to run out the back ofthe houseI took a neuü•al wire (which had volu on it) off that circuit and disconnected the circuitI hooked up another circuit on another plug so that the "IV and etcwould work temporarilyI did not intend for it to remain that way and I highly recommendä to *** that they get an electrician out to check the electrical for other issuesI am not an electician and I have shorted wires going to the HVAC before and everything is ok, it onlytrips the circuit breaker for the HVACAfter speaking with several electricians, myself nor the electricians could figure out how that may have shorted the 'N, unlæs there are other electrical issues going on. I am rejecting this response because:  when he shorted this high voltage wire.. my electrical components stopped working.  I had to replace my receiver, dvd player and 3 electrical wall outlets.  This should have been paid for by his company since his technician caused the short.Was  not my fault.I would like monetary compensation for what it cost me to repair/ replace my wall outlets, audio receiver and dvd player.
