January 12, 2016Dear [redacted] ,I was most concerned to receive your letter dated January 4, regarding auto service at my shop on December 31, The customer ( [redacted] ) came into my auto shop to tune up her [redacted] While troubleshooting her repair, we could not do the necessary repair because of the following:The spark plugs were rusty and tiedWe could only loosen one spark plugAfter removing the one, the tread was so bad that we could not put the new one back onWe decided to put glue around it So that it could be tied.After realizing it was nothing our shop could do regarding the tune up she neededI contacted [redacted] to come pick up her vehiclePaschall Auto Service aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and this was beyond something we could handleWe asked her when was the last time she had her car tuned up and she stated she could not rememberI believe that this car has not had a tune up in over years.Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention and that you will have no further cause for any complaints in relation to our serviceI do believe that any mechanic shop that will try to loosen up her spark plugs will run into the same problem.We are not responsible for any additional damage to [redacted] 's car because we were only able to take off one spark plug and after doing such; it was nothing else our shop could do for herWe informed [redacted] promptly of this problem and told her after the glue dried she can pick up her vehicle.I apologize for the annoyance that this may have caused to youOur company is actively working to improve service levels and your feedback has proven to be valuable.Regards,

We decided to put glue around it So that it could be tied.After realizing it was nothing our shop could do regarding the tune up she needed. I contacted [redacted] to come pick up her vehicle. Paschall Auto Service aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and this was beyond something we could handle. We asked her when was the last time she had her car tuned up and she stated she could not remember. I believe that this car has not had a tune up in over 10 years.Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention and that you will have no further cause for any complaints in relation to our service.
