As of today, I am at 154lbsI didn't have any complications with the surgery or post surgeryI didn't even experience hair loss since I was on a high protein diet or it could just be luckThe most difficult part is remembering to CHEW your food SLOWLY and not drink water with your food
I know it's still early to give a review on my gastric bypass surgery, but a day does not go by where I am so thankful I went forward with itActually, I just had my labs done recently and everything came back perfect and normalThere's no better feeling in the world!!
My only word of advice is to be mentally ready for surgeryThis is a big decision and it takes a lot of hard work on your part, but the results are totally worth it and you deserve it!!!
Cellulite was driving me crazy, I searched online for treatments and some before and after pictures convinced me I should choose the SmoothShapes Laser treatment. I gave Pascual MD a call and it seems my intuition worked fine as this was the treatment that supposedly worked best for my skin. And it did. My skin looks a lot better, some areas don't have cellulite at all, others...well, you can barely see anything there. I mean, I can touch it, squeeze it, shake my skin all I want and it looks like my skin when I was a kid. Awesome. I just hope it lasts a lot because it is quite expensive and you need to go twice a week to do this..and for a whole month
