This is my final email in regards to this consumer She will receive her refund no later than? HI Revdex.com, Thanks for information in regards to this client I have been in contact with her I tried reaching out over a month ago and there was no response Per her email -sent my mass email out weeks prior to my closing location , that was ample time for her to redeem any treatments
necessary or to contact me She didn't reach out until weeks prior I also gave all clients the opportunity to allow me to come to their home to finish up whatever treatments I wasn't able to do in studio There was NO charge for existing clients She knew that ! She originally wanted her $credit to be transferred to a friend of hers who is a client of mine We have emails agreeing to those terms She then said she just wanted her money after having multiple emails sent in between her , the other client and my business partner She has been nothing short of completely a nuisance as a customer I have been genuinely accommodating to herThis woman in particular doesn't understand people have lives , responsibilities & not all can cater to her every cry I had to block her via phone as she sent me numerous texts , emails , facebook message and now *** reviews Never once I have I not agreed to help her Never once have I Ignored her I have worked hard the last years building my business and reputation This is the first complaint I do take it seriously & will accommodate her & will send her the $99.00Lesson learned from this is humility gets you so much further than being right .Let me know what else you need from me -*** ***

I just spoke to [redacted] about it as well and that arrangement was one we made before you agreed to send me a refund and it was only made because you refused to do so in the beginning. After you agreed to send me a refund I informed [redacted] that you had changed your mind and that I would make it up to her.  I too have emails that I send to your business partner and [redacted] explaining that to her. I also have an email from a month ago stating you had no idea why I had not received the refund after more than two months. If there is one thing I dislike is someone who takes advantage of others in the way that you have. Like I stated in the emails you just decided to move and that is fine but own up to the services that had already been paid to you. Instead of doing that you made it uncomfortable and almost impossible for me to retrieve the services and tried to charge me more.  I did try to follow up with you and reply to your emails and they are all coming back undeliverable. I have those emails as well. The Revdex.com has been trying to get ahold of you for quite some time now. I don't have any personal felling towards you either way but what you did was completely dishonest.

Ms. [redacted], Good afternoon. I regretably want to reopen this complaint. I made a mistake by closing it thinking that the owner had genuine intentions this time of following through with my refund as she stated in her response to Revdex.com.  I would like to rebuttal because she stated on her [redacted] business page that I in fact had already been paid and that this case was now closed, which leads me to believe she still has no intention of keeping her word. It completely contradicts what she said the day before on her response to Revdex.com.  I still have yet to get my refund.I have attached a screen shot of her respond on her [redacted] account/page and one of an email where she says again she will mail me a refund (from the past two days). I have already deleted my review on that forum. I have no intention of ruining her business or reputation just to get my money back as agreed. I believe three and a half months was ample time for her to do so. Please let me know if you need anything else. I do have emails to back up my side of this whole ordeal if needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone as well. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me so long as she keeps her word and intends to follow through with what she is stating. She has previously said she would refund me within a couple of weeks and didn't.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
