In response to your letter dated June 30, 2014, our price policy can not be as objective as Mr [redacted] is asking or requiring because we consider some factors as size (including pallets), weight, dimensions, storage time and the trash they leave behindAll this represents a cost for my business Because of this and since there is no written agreement of doing this in another way, most of my customers have accepted this situation, having always the option of receiving their items in any other business (there are some other business in [redacted] ***), that do the same business that we do, meaning that if our customers keep receiving their packages in our business, they are satisfied with our service As a final comment to this situation, I want to let you know that we have been in business for years and this is the first time we have a complaint from our customers

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is to much arguing Ok seems they are just giving answers to my responses I really encourage them to let us know as customers How much they charge for: Weight Volume Trash Happens that Mrs*** even wants to know what is inside a package, so he knowing the value he now can charge us for the value too arguing that it is a great responsibility to have such expensive item there He needs to find the way to charge same amount for a same Weight, Volume, Trash package (it is always different ‘couse they have no formula to calculate it, they both put the price according to the way they feel or the problems they have, which is not fear) any day and let us know when it is going to be an increase on prices so that way we can have a real Idea of what it’s going to be the final price for an item we buy online or by phone This is going to be the last time I answer a response from them I really was expecting Revdex.com to take care about it But if it is not something Revdex.com is going to take care I’m really going to find the way to solve it at any cost I’am tired of the responses I need a solution if Mrs [redacted] Wants me to ask Each of their customer How they feel about the way they are being charge It will be my pleasure to do a survey every time I go to USA to pick my thinks It is just to help them let them know how we really like about their prices, or if they have any idia how they are charging us Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: My complain is not focus on the contract they have to USPS, Since I receive plenty of other packages from other companies like UPS, DHL, Fedex and some other Freight CompaniesWe as a customers of this business pay dlls fee for one year contract, for that amount we have the right to receive just letters, and magazines, but if there is a Package they start charging an extra fee like: Size Fee with Miss Angeles Fee with Mr [redacted] Envelope size dlls 1dlls Shoe Box dlls dlls Bigger sizes Cheaper More Expensive What I'm looking for is that this business show, not just for me for all customers a how the extra fee is going to be calculated, I mean By weight, By Volume, bothIt has happened that Mr [redacted] wants to know what is inside of each package in order to charge me for the value tooIt is [redacted] 's Business and He has the right to run it according to his possibilities and capabilities, but I think we as customers has the right to ask them to have this extra fee regulated, is it right?There is always different prices even though we can receive same package , I Mean same Size, Volume and Price fee is different specially with Mr [redacted] ***Envelopes is a dollar fee and last time Mr [redacted] Charge Me Dlls, I reply to Mr [redacted] I said "It is jus and envelope" he said " I have too many problems at this very moment that if you want (me) I can give you your money back" I feel he was Rude to me, so I decide to finish once and for all with this situation, which can affect seriously my business in Mexico I think Mr [redacted] , Must give us a contract, Let us know how is this fee being calculated, and we have the right to keep our RMA number as long as we paid on time and Mr *** is on business It is true What they have said about that I really don't want to take additional actions by the moment, 'couse a hart time they are having with one family member, but I open this case so am going to the end with thisIt has been years that I rent this RMA so I appreciate this family I really want them to understand my position, am not fighting am just helping them to avoid future misunderstandings with me or any of their customers Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in reference to the complaint that Mr*** *** made about our businessWe do have a contract of the United States Postal Service (Application for delivery of mail
through agent), signed by him
Our business is an agent of the Post Office, WE ARE NOT P.O.BOX, we are PMB (Private Mail Box)The PMB that he has with us, is to receive his mail and packages from USPS that are manageable; he decides if he wants another packages from different companies (freight lines) to be delivered to this address, services that we have for our customers, charging them for this service
We have the intention to solve this problem, based on our capacity of serviceMr*** came to our business and told us he is not going to take further action on this matter

As a final comment to this situation, I want to let you know that we have been in business for 12 years and this is the first time we have a complaint from our customers.
