I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is "partially" satisfactory to me Concerns: they 'never' came out and looked at the system on the premisesThat was never mentioned in any of the correspondence as anyone can read for themselves Also, the call was not disconnected, as whomever here wroteI was hung up on by their employeeI called back and told they would call me back in five minutesI waited - the company was closed A nice girl from the monitoring part of the company is the one who reached out to assist me with the sales person, whom was also nice I am unsure about a loss of money on the companies end - not sure where that verbiage is arising from in the conversation or how it can come about when I never signed anything Sadly, after further investigation I found others who shared concerns deeper than mine and I did not feel comfortable going with the company knowing I would be dealing with others that were unlike the sales person and the nice girl from monitoring The verbiage from the company here pretty well set the tone with falsehoods and I am making the right decision finding another company Good luck in your endeavors

I called back and told they would call me back in five minutes. I waited 25 - the company was closed.  A nice girl from the monitoring part of the company is the one who reached out to assist me with the sales person, whom was also nice.  I am unsure about a loss of money on the companies end - not sure where that verbiage is arising from in the conversation or how it can come about when I never signed anything.  Sadly, after further investigation I found others who shared concerns deeper than mine and I did not feel comfortable going with the company knowing I would be dealing with others that were unlike the sales person and the nice girl from monitoring.   The verbiage from the company here pretty well set the tone with falsehoods and I am making the right decision finding another company.  Good luck in your endeavors.
