Review: I bought the program a week ago and cannot make sense of ot I am completely dissatisfied with it . I haven't used it . It's a complete east of money for me . I paid about 200 dollars for it .I requested contact from both the customer service and the customer issues departments and have gotton back no sign of life I requested My refund back as soon as I could contact them only to be met with dissapointment and an empty wallet . I I want my refund back .it's a heinous show of theri commitment to make sure a customer has met satisfaction . Now I feel completely ignored and they could care less . I want my full refund back for this and the trouble it's taking to reach them .Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: Pass4sure guarantees their study guide material to pass IT certification tests. They have a money back guarantee if you fail the exam. I failed the exam because their study material was useless, full of typos and out of date information in regards to the test I was taking. I emailed them a copy of my score on the test indicating a failure and they said they would not refund my money as promised.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of 179.98.

Review: I purchased a book that I was supposed to be able to download after purchase. I received an email confirming that my product was available to download so I went online to get it and it was not available. After a few hours I checked again and still nothing. I emailed the company stating that I was unable to get the download and if I could not get it to please refund my money. They emailed the next day saying they would not refund the money because they had already shipped it and the email was incorrect. They lied saying my product would be available to download, so I asked them to cancel. Still they said they would not refund my money, I asked them to cancel my order before they shipped it but they still shipped it.Desired Settlement: Return my money to my CC -----$41.99------

Review: I purchased the exam prep material based on their overall claim to provide questions and answers, along with explanations. Nowhere on the site did it state that the particular exam prep that I purchased did not contain the explanations behind the correct and incorrect answers. Nowhere on the site did it state that some of the exams did not have explanations. To the contrary, there was a statement in the shopping cart referencing the explanations, in addition to other areas of the site. Based on that, I proceeded with the purchase. After I downloaded the product, I saw there were no explanations and I downloaded it again to make sure all of the product downloaded properly. I contacted the company via email and requested a refund, explaining that there were no explanations despite claiming to have them. I also complained about the false advertising.

They have a money back guarantee of their product if the exam is failed. However, the exam costs over $300 while the product costs $80. Why should I have to waste my time and put my career on hold because the material I was duped into purchasing caused me to fail the exam. I don't have unlimited funds to waste and my exam date has been set (3/**/15). I believe this company intentionally remains vague about the exact status of the explanations for each exam, knowing full well that customers would be looking for the explanations. There is little info behind the product I bought. Other test prep web sites offer explanations, and I believe this company is claiming to provide explanations when they don't. Their representatives all offered different reasons behind my not being granted a refund. One admitted that not all tests come with explanations...which is the only reason I now know this. I have the email chain. Another one pretty much said that I didn't need the explanations...just study the questions. I find this company and their representatives unbelievably unprofessional. I finally requested to be referred to supervisor after receiving a response with "Hello!" in it. I have not received a response back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, and I want it to be stated on the site that not all of the exams have explanations. This is classic bait and switch in my opinion.
