Passage Auto Transport

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had shipping a vehicle They don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls, documents are incorrect My car was held hostage by their contracted driver because he would not agree to release it for the amount that Passage entered on my contract for the shipment He had a written commitment from them for a higher price Attempts to contact them for resolution have failed STAY AWAY!!!

I signed a contract on line , it ended up costing me more.these guys are liars and cheat.dont use themthey *** pick my cars up my self now

STAY AWAY!!!

There are some scary transport companies out there that you are trusting with your valuable possession and I had to be extremely careful on the company that I would select. After speaking to 5 or 6 different companies Armani was the last one that I called and it was a totally different feel and vibe with him. The driver was on time with pick up at exactly on time with delivery as well. No dings, nicks or scratches. Armani was suburb at organizing the details of everything. They put all the pressures of of me and my family. It really was a pleasure working with them. A+ for this company.
