My initial response to you dated 1/31/I believe is clear, concise and therefore stands on its own merit The simple fact is our client entered into an agreement with us to provide consignment servicesThe agreement was reviewed in person and at least twice over the phone subsequent to her signing the agreement The client was cordial and seemed perfectly satisfied with our multiple reviews of the contract stipulationsat no time during those discussions did the client express any desire to withdraw from the agreement so we proceeded to provide the consignment services the client requested us to provide based on the terms of our agreement We clearly have no incentive or desirequite the oppositeto do business with anyone who does not want to do business with us Unless the client offers an apology for her lack of forthright communicationfrom day one when the matter could have been easily resolvedthat she was unwilling to comply with our agreement, we really have nothing more to add to this conversation Thank you Lee [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am the one that called the store numerous times, reaching out. Ms*** dialed my residence only one time on her own because she was busy with a client and had to return the call. Each time we spoke, she and her husband refused to acknowledge the withholding of the second document when I signed off on the yellow consignment form. To stop spinning my wheels I contacted an attorney to address the problem they were refusing to discuss(Withholding the seconding contract or "terms" as outlined in the attorney's letter). If she was as amiable to solving the problem without my taking any sort of action, she had at least instance where she could have done so. In actuality, as outlined in my attorney's letter, she took it upon herself to put my items up on her shelves; this is AFTER I made two calls and spoke with her husband about the problem.
