Passion Bichon

My wife and I thought we were purchasing a Bichon Frise puppy from Passion Bichons, aka Bichon Heavens, operated by David & Linda *** aka David & Linda *** We didn't conduct any research on the business because the website looks very professional, and we acquired our last Bichon from an out of state breeder with great success. We sent a partial payment vis *** using *** as 'David? instructed. He said he would contact us this morning, April 3, 2019, with shipment details for later today. Of course, we haven't heard from him, and the phone number we used to reach him yesterday has been eliminated. *** tells us we may eventually get our money back, but that's not a guarantee. After the fact, we looked for any Revdex.com complaints against him. We see where a legitimate breeder writes that David *** stole some of her Bichon photos, her wording, her testimonials, and even a photo of her husband, in creating his fake website. He has used two addresses in Atlanta, 1324 Woodboro Dr. SW, &1324 Montreat. Notice the numbers are the same. My guess is there's no residence at these locations. David *** or whoever he is, could be operating anywhere in the world.

This is an online only business for bichon puppies.
I have learned that this is a scam. The so called address of this business is just a random home address in Atlanta.
The 'breeder? I corresponded with via text, email, and phone number...all listed on site, has different names.
The best proof (one which I didn't check obviously ahead of time), is when you google 'puppy scams', this particular 'business? comes up first!
The harm done, besides stupidly transferring payment via Zelle before getting the 'puppy', (thankfully handled and refunded through my bank) , is my hurt pride.
All sorts of red flags that were ignored or voluntarily overlooked.
I'm not sure there's any action the Revdex.com can take, since obviously the website, addresses, names and numbers change to accommodate the successful scam.
Wanted to still report it.

Paid a deposit that is supposed to be 100% refundable for the purchase of a bichon Frise puppy and set a time to go get the dog and the address they gave me no one was there and they stopped replying to my messages about the dog. They have a full website and they emailed me videos of the the puppy. I grove all the way to Atlanta and no dog. Their website is www.passionbichon.com they also gave me a address that know one answered the door at the time that we made for me to view the puppy.

I recently purchased a Bichon pup named Kallie 10 weeks old for $800.00 this included pup and delivery charges. When pictures and was sent to me they where dated for 2010-2012. When I tried to reach out to the seller NO ANSWER/NO RESPONSE. They obviously know I now that I know this is a scam. When I asked for information regarding the delivery no information could be given to me. The pup is still on the website www.passionbichon.com for sale
