I am rejecting this response because: *** said they didn’t promise us anything, but the contract we signed was a promise to provide services we never received due to their lack of attention to detail and ordering of the wrong part which prevented them from being able to complete our repair within a reasonable time frameWe were without a working refrigerator for three weeks

I am rejecting this response because: this company left us high and dry, they failed to deliver on all promises they made, they never completed the repairs, took longer than quoted to come up with the wrong part, never communicated with us on why there was delays, changed their story multiple timesFrom a customer service standpoint this company failedI wish HWA would allow us to pick who makes the repairs, they don’t and I got stuck with this terrible companyI am out the money to them and for the repair that went to a technician that actually deliveredI realize I signed a no refund clause, however it states “ I will receive diagnostic and repair services in order to complete the predetermined job.” They failed at their promise and that should void any contract

I have sent in the attachment that shows what was said and signed forIt also says No refund of any kindAgain I understand Mr*** is upsetHe contract is with HWA, and he has talked to them about this.The part that he need was order and we received it after he canceled his claimI have talked to HWA and they told him that they will refund him the part cost.Any more questions he will need to call HWA

We have talked to the homeowner about thisWE do not give refund for service feeWe are hire by HWA to go to the home and diagnosis what is wrong with refrigeratorAll of HWA customer are to call HWA for updatesHere is a copy of my no refund that they signed

I understand Mr. [redacted] 's is upset.But we did not make a promise to him. I have attach paperwork that has no promise on it. The customer has also sign a agreement with  HWA about his $100.00 Trade Call Fee that my company collect from he. I told Mr. [redacted] if he had question about the Trade call fee he need to call HWA and talk to them about his Contract.
