No access to the materials
I signed up for this course back in Oct 2020 and had access to their materials. After a year, the membership expired (as per the membership agreement) so I renewed my membership in Oct. 2021. Since I renewed, I was never given access to the materials. I contacted them through their website, which is the only means on contact, several times requesting access to the materials but they never responded and never gave me access.

About a month later, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I don't know why they remained silent or were not able to provide access to their materials.

I recommend trying to contact them and verifying you will be given access prior to blindly paying for their course. Good luck!

I operate a web site www.PassPatentBar.com to prepare individuals to take the Patent Bar Exam that must be passed in order to become a registered patent agent or patent attorney and to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. This...

web site has been continuously operated since 2012 and has many satisfied customers who have passed the Patent Bar Exam.
Since the Patent Bar Exam is recognized as one of the most difficult Government tests, with a pass rate of approximately 50%, students willingly pay an enrollment fee of $349 for my training program that includes unlimited access to extensive training materials as well as the opportunity to take an unlimited number of simulated patent bar exams that are available on-line 24/7. The results of all simulated exams taken by students are recorded to monitor their progress and to serve as a basis for a money back guarantee that has been promoted continuously on the PassPatentBar home page since 2012. Specifically, the guarantee is that any student who receives a score of 84% or higher on one or more simulated exams will qualify for a full refund of his/her enrollment fee if he/she fails to achieve a passing score of 70% when the actual Patent Bar Exam is taken.
The present complaint is from a disgruntled student who failed the Patent Bar Exam when he took it on September 24, 2015 and demanded a refund of his enrollment fee. He reported receiving a failing grade of 52%. When, I confronted him with the fact that he had not taken even one simulated patent bar exam so that he didn't qualify for the normal refund guarantee, he began to make outlandish statements including that he had never been apprised of the guarantee requirements. This seemed strange to me because the guarantee is highlighted on the PassPatentBar web site to help distinguish it from other competitive training programs that do not offer such a guarantee.
The student's strange reaction caused me to make a full check of his enrollment and training records. What I found is that he enrolled in the PassPatentBar program in July 3, 2013 and the last date that he logged in as a student was just 5 days later, on July 8, 2013. In view of this, it became clear to me that he did not make a serious effort using the PassPatentBar training program (that typically takes 6 or more months) to prepare for the Patent Bar Exam. So, I decided to offer him a full refund (as he correctly noted in his complaint) not because he qualified for the guarantee but because he did not appear to have derived any substantial benefit from being an active PassPatentBar student for only five days.
However, I became suspicious of his motives and requested that he confirm in writing that he did not rely on PassPatentBar when he failed the Patent Bar Exam this past September. My objective for requesting this confirmation is to ensure that he would not use his recent failure to publically discredit the PassPatenBar training program after receiving a refund. It is simply not possible for anyone to master the training materials during only a five day period in July 2013 and then go on to pass the notoriously difficult Patent Bar Exam in 2015. Yet, his present position is that I am asking him to "lie" by requesting a simple statement of fact from him. Although I do not understand his motives, I cannot discount the possibility that he is a trouble-maker being retained by one of PassPatentBar's competitors.
His decision to decline my refund offer in favor of making unfounded accusations that PassPatentBar is "engaged in fraudulent business and false advertising" tends to support the possibility that his objective is to make trouble rather than to recover his enrollment fee.
My full refund offer stands if the requested statement of fact is provided.

I am NOT connected with any organizations. I am just trying to pass patent bar. I "have witness that I studied about 4 to 6 hours per day since I downloaded the entire material from wwww. passpatentbar.com in 2013".
He represented in his advertisement in 2013 was if I do not pass and I will get the money back.
He again represented me on Nov 16, 2015 the full $349 refund, once I sent pass/fail report from USPTO - which I did.
He is in business of defrauding customers/students.
I have 2 granted US patents and about 22 US patents pending - I know something about patents and this guy's course is a pure nonsense - it does not cover 60% of the patent bar questions.
I SIMPLY want money back attorney consultation fees without any further extra drama - which is now $349 + $700.
This guy is asking me to lie that I did not study by writing like this
"I, [redacted], enrolled as a student in the PassPatentBar training program in July, 2013 and only logged in over a brief five day period in 2013 after enrollment. I did not rely on the training materials provided by PassPatentBar to prepare for the actual USPTO patent bar exam that I failed on September 24, 2015."
This is absolutely NOT true and I will not lie.
