To Whom It May Concern:We have received [redacted]'s complaint and researched her claims. [redacted], the industry standard for vehicle damage history, shows no damage for this vehicle of any kind throughout its life. We are happy to look this vehicle over for the Customer (at no charge) to assess for...

damage. At this point, since the vehicle was purchased over 2.5 years ago with more than 35k fewer miles, Passport cannot agree with the client's claims or demands. As a certified Infiniti, this vehicle has warranty protection through 5/31/2018, or 100k miles whichever occurs first. In fact, since her purchase in 2014, Infiniti has paid $925.00 in Warranty repairs under the Certified warranty. This warranty will continue to protect [redacted] for Some time to come.Bruce * D[redacted] VP Passport Auto Group O: [redacted] C[redacted]

Review: I took my vehicle to the Passport Infiniti Dealership to be check out for engine light warning, They check it out, they told me that the motor in my vehicle was bad and need to be replace, even though the vehicle is still under warranty, they refuse to repair it, because they said they pretty much blame me for the damage to my engine, and I only had the vehicle for a year. I bought used 2010 Infiniti a year ago December 22, 2012.Desired Settlement: Since my vehicle is still under warranty, I would like them to repair my vehicle.

Response:

To whom it may concern,

[redacted] did bring her car to us complaining about it running rough, after we inspected the car it was determined that the vehicle had oil build up commonly refered to as sludge in the motor rendeering it undriveable

the only solution would be to replace the motor which would normally be covered under the vehicles new car warranty. Upon reviewing the service records it had been determined that oil changes had not been performed

on a regular basis therefore rendering the original new car warranty invalid. Although [redacted] did not purchase the car from us we did offer her a max trade value for her car and traded her out of her car and into a new

Infiniti. Although the circumstance is unfortunate I beleive that our staff went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure [redacted] received the best possible outcome.

thanks very much,

Consumer

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I felt like I was Tricked into a bad situation, I was told over the phone that they could put me into another car with no money down, and my payment would be $616 a month. There was another plan when I arrived, they wanted 3,000 down and $816 a mount for 2012 Infiniti G25 Sedan x. I went for at the time because I was in a bad situation. knowing that I can afford it, I'm Retired and i'm 65 yrs old, and I'm on a budget. I'm losing sleep everynight, because the repo people will get it, then I will be out a car and my 3,000 that I put down.

Regards,

Review: I acquired the [redacted] Truck on 8/5/14 from Passport Infiniti of [redacted], I left the lot with the vehicle and a payment plan setup to finalize the sale on 9/5/14 in which I would receive the Title for the car. Approximately two weeks after having the vehicle, the check engine light came on. After taking the vehicle to [redacted] I contacted Passport Infiniti and was told by Jayson C[redacted] (Sales Manager of Passport Infiniti) that there were three possible options and that one would be to refund me all of my money from the deal and trade in of the vehicle but he advised to me to get a second opinion from [redacted]4X4 repair shop. Both diagnostic tests read that the Transmission Gears were shot and the repair amount would be $8,200- $11,200. [redacted] advised that the repair would not be worth it. I then contacted Mr. C[redacted] again and he was notified of the second opinion and then denied me the refund of the total deal and offered me $1,500 to assist in fixing the transmission issue on a truck that I paid $15,000 including the trade in of my vehicle, which they had notified me was already sold. Before I left the dealer with the car initially on 8/5/14, I was told that the car was in good condition and there was no problems with the engine and the transmission, but the transmission was never checked. This truck cannot pass inspection, which means it cannot be driven and I am at a huge loss in which Passport Infiniti has taken my money and also sold my truck which was in good condition. At this time I am without a vehicle and $15,000 in which I cannot make it to work, school, etc... Because the car is not drivable.Desired Settlement: I desire to receive the full refund of the sale/deal, including the trade in value for my truck, by returning the dealership the [redacted]. I do not wish to do any further business with Passport of Infiniti of [redacted].
