Passport Unlimited is not honoring my membership, or returning phone messages and email to resolve why my card and membership is not recognized.
Purchased a 12 month membership in ***, received a card showing that the card is good until ***. I called as soon as it was received to activate it.The card has been declined at ***, ***, . When I get online and enter the card number, it is not recognized. Passport will not return repeated phone messages I have left, or my email. Now I only have 9 months left, and still can't use the card.
to honor, and extend the card so that it actually WORKS for 12 months. We should be able to access their online/ and mobile app. to access vendors who accept this card.

I received notification today *** that this complaint had been filed (this was the first time that I was made aware) as the complaint was registered through the Midwest Passport office and not ours here in ***.
I have researched her account and found that a member of our team spoke with Ms. on *** and that to their understanding, the issue was resolved and she was able to access and use her Passport membership.
I left a voice mail for Ms. this morning to verify that everything has been resolved to her satisfaction and left my call back number if I can be of any further assistance to her.
