I apply for an expedite chinease visa for my flight November 22nd - they sent me a fedex tag for an adress at another location (daly city CA inside a UPS store rather than the pine staddress) - I mailed my passort and all other docs by Nov - I was assign with a rep from Boston ( [redacted] Sosa) but since I used them in the past I contact the SF office to (by email to [redacted] ) - [redacted] never replies and her direct phone was disconnected - [redacted] from SF office replaies they got all my info and I should get the passport back Tuesday Nov 20th - I tried calling many times and like others it was always busy when I was #on the callThe Chinease embassy is closed Nov 22-for the holiday and my flights are leaving Nov 23rd - today is the last day to get my passport back and so far no one replies meI will have to cancel my flights if I dont hear by end of today Nov

I had a great experience with this businessI needed a Chinese Visa for my travels a week laterI paid for the expedited service, and they provided me with the advice to correctly fill out the visa formThey were happy to answer my many questionsEven with a power outage that lasted nearly all day in DC after my documents arrived, I still received my approved visa at the time that was promised

I paid $for a service, did not read their ridiculous Terms and Agreements that customers only had hours to cancel a request if you no longer needed their passport service, and when I contacted them to get a refund, they said I should've read the Terms! So I paid $for them to do NOTHING and they offered me ZERO $$ back.! This is robbery in my opinion!

I am going out of the country in [redacted] and needed to renew my passportI did some research and found www.passportsandvisas.comI looked all over their website and thought this was a great dealThe advertised price for a day turnaround was $ [redacted] They then tacked on $ [redacted] for shipping both waysI preceded anyway because this appeared to be saving me money and offering faster service than the ***Their website states they will send you list of all the documents you need to submit AFTER you payI went ahead and purchased the service and was shocked when I received my email list of documents neededIn that list was a $ [redacted] check for the actual passport renewalNowhere on their website did it tell me I was going to be paying $***+ plus the $ [redacted] expedited service fee from the PassportI truly believe this is advertisingThey need to have it clearly listed on their website that their fee is IN ADDITION to the Passport feeLong story short, I called them THREE minutes after

We have used Passportsandvisas*** in the past to acquire visas for our company's travel purposes, and they have been very helpful in the past (2015)In our attempt to get another visa through the company that we have known and trusted, we ordered a Russian visa through them on 11/06/We tried to contact them after purchasing the visa to complete the next steps in the process, and were unable to get through to anyone on the telephone, or through emailI sat on the Que until I was next in line, and the phone would hang up every timeI sent multiple emails to each one of their information centers, and they failed to ever give me a responseThey pride themselves on being helpful through every step of the process in acquiring a visa, and failed to meet those requirements

I was informed and guaranteed by the agent, *** *** that my passport would be returned (with a visa issued) within time for my trip to China (for which we had bought tickets)We were told to buy a certain purchase that cost $per personI requested information regularly, and never received any significant updates leading up to my actually flightThey are still in possession of my wife's passport, and we are having to cancel our trip because they have yet to return our visa our passportIt is their fault that our costs are over run and now have ruined our precious little time together

They stated to help with passport expediting, charging $The state only charges $per personThey refuse to refund me because they drafted emails and paperworkThe paperwork for the passports were incorrect and they still want me to submit them this wayThey also wanted me to submit a fake airline itenary to the stateI never provided them with a travel itenary, so I don't even know how they made one for meThey are refusing to refund and expect me to submit fake articles to the state to receive my passportI would like refunded and they need to be investigated for drafting fake articles and submitting them to the state

I requested a refund for my order three hours after placing my order because it became apparent that they could not fill my request in the needed timeframeThe representative I spoke with said this would not be a problem and I would receive a call back to complete the refundI received no call back and their office was closed when I attempted to reach themI again requested a refund via the chat service as there were no representatives available during their scheduled out on that Satuday (8/18/2018) to which I received no responseI was finally able to get a representative on the line on Monday (8/20) and was told a refund was going to be sent to me and that a manager would call me back to see about waiving their 50$ fee due to my waiting and that the money would be credited back in 5-daysI was never contacted and have not received my refund for order ***I also never received a response to my support ticket ***
