I have reported one firm other than Pasternack's firm. The paralegal [redacted] is a negligent worker who purposely sent irrelevant medical records to [redacted] as a means to retaliate for my complaints against him.
After hiring a second firm, I learned that these documents were submitted without my consent. Mr. [redacted] seemed to become angered because of my complaints about his behavior toward me as a client. I do believe that Mr. [redacted] was aware that I was a religious person and seemed to have some biases regarding religious clients.
The submission of these records has caused several unfortunate events that have caused me to lose my benefits and to lack the necessary representation to win the claim. My funds were ceased. Mrs. [redacted] was informed and she chose to ignore the complaint and her workers negligent behavior. Her response was that she could not assist me because I had fired them.
[redacted] firms abuse their clients and cause them to lose their claims or receive reduced payments. In this case, Mr. [redacted] without speaking to me submitted documents that caused severe damages to my claim. It appears as though I was not injured physically and that the injuries were medical and not incidental. This is vindictive and a violation of the his legal code of ethics and professionalism.
I am asking the Revdex.com to help me file a report and to get the justice that I deserve. I did not harm this firm or their workers and I think that I have a right to report of complain without anyone retaliating against me. Mrs. [redacted] was sent sufficient proof and she sent the documents back to me with a letter stating that they represented me the best way possible and anything.
