I am rejecting this response because: You had no interest in trying to come up with a solution to this matterI have pictures and video of how much water and ice there was on the back window of my car You never not once offered a solution to this complaintYou did not offer or try to fix this problem or make it rightI work hard as I am sure you doWe chose to spend our hard earned money at your car washWe could have taken it to Scrubs in Chico but since we come through your car wash 2-times a month with BOTH of our vehicles and we have ALWAYS been happy with the wash and the customer service we figured we would save the trip to Chico and spend the money locally Had I thought my seats and carpet would be a soaking moldy mess after coming to your car wash I obviously would have not gotten my car detailed at your car washMoving forward you may want to inform your customers that getting their car detailed in the winter at your car wash is not a good idea since you do not have the proper equipment to extract water from the carpets and seatsFurthermore if the seats are too "hard to clean" due to the material you might consider telling your customer you would rather not ruin their car and offer another alternative that does not involve water! I reject your response because there has been no effort to make this situation rightI still stand by the fact that I would like our money refunded

I am rejecting this response because: Even days later my car was still weti saw your responseI went by the car wash on New years eve and it was closed so I am not sure why you were telling me to take it by thereI have already taken my car to another car wash to have the water extracted because I could not allow my car to sit with soaking wet carpets and seats over New YearsIt was made pretty clear that you do not care about your customers and sending them on their way unhappy is acceptable business practiceNot only are we out the $for your detail we are also out another $bucks from another car wash getting water extractedWhich is kinda funny that you claim to have adequate equipment to extract water when shampooing carpets and seats yet my car was left wet when I left and I take it to another car wash and poof they are able to get the seats and carpets dried and send me on my way happy and in a dry carI reject your response because once again you did not offer any solutions to this issueI once again stand by the fact I feel its only fitting that a refund be issuedWe have spent so much money at your car wash in the pastwe have never once had a complaint and have been happy customersWe are not out to score a free detail herewe feel we have been wronged and would like it corrected with a refund Thank you

We do have the professional equipment extractors as well as steam cleaners for professional detailingI am sorry your car was more damp then you anticipated however your seats will not mold in hrswe detail all winter long and some materials dry faster then others As I stated before the tightly woven material on your seats does hold more moisture then a cloth seat I apologize that we did not warn you about the very cold weather and extended dry time to expect, however we have been letting all of our other dealing customers know that as of now and they have been fine with that Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on services rendered Id be more then happy to take a look at the vehicle tomorrow if you would like to come by, and see if there is anything we can do to make it better I did try to call you today however there was no answer you can contact me at ***@gmail.com if you like I would like to resolve this so we can all start a Happy and positive new year! I am rejecting this response because: Even 4 days later my car was still wet. I saw your response. I went by the car wash on New years eve and it was closed so I am not sure why you were telling me to take it by there. I have already taken my car to another car wash to have the water extracted because  I could not allow my car to sit with soaking wet carpets and seats over New Years. It was made pretty clear that you do not care about your customers and sending them on their way unhappy is acceptable business practice. Not only are we out the $159 for your detail we are also out another $60 bucks from another car wash getting water extracted. I am the owner and personally drove the vehicle after the detail was completed. tThe customer left a voice mail letting us know they might not be back by the time we close to pick it up and requested that the keys be locked inside of the glove box, so I did so.  I felt the passenger seat and it...

was cold and damp as the temperature outside was around 45-50 degrees.  The cloth seats in that type of vehicle are very difficult to clean due to the the tightly sewn seat belt like material they are made of.  The interior plastic was treated with a Creme protectant that also adds a new car like shine.  This was all part of the package the customer purchased and no custom notes were given.  We do not offer refunds on services,  we offer solutions.   The seats will dry however with the very cold weather in the area that makes it take a little more time then in the summer months.  The customer did not want any kind of solution as far as I am aware just a refund.  I understand that if the vehicle was parked outside over night how the windows fogged up and the car felt more damp due to the temperature.  However the customer never once mentioned ice in the vehicle... the temperature in our area was not below freezing nor close last night.

Moving forward you may want to inform your customers that getting their car detailed in the winter at your car wash is not a good idea since you do not have the proper equipment to extract water from the carpets and seats. I still stand by the fact that I would like our money refunded.
