Not one word of this is true His employees threw a metal gutter cap and pulled up a small fence around some bulbs, throwing them into the ground cover There were NO roofing materials or nails on the ground! Also he did NOT walk with me around the property; nor did I ask for free work! I'm the one who picked up his employees' cigarette butts (ick) and also picked up much debris that they couldn't be bothered to clean up I asked for an estimate to cut the branches hanging over my neighbor's yard but he wouldn't provide one He has NEVER worked for me nor for any of the neighbors on my street whom I've spoken to He is a deeply dishonest person If you've closed this complaint, it is very unfair to me and is supporting a major liarThank you, [redacted]

We finished the job and she paid us in fullSHe called us a couple days later and said the neighbor was wondering will we do the limbs on their sideWe even showed her and tied ribbons on the limbs we were cuttingWe walked through the job with her and she paid us in fullShe wanted us to do
work for free that were not marked and that we did not agree to doThe extra limbs

We did tree trimming for her so there is no sharp objectsShe had roofing material and nails which were already on the groundWe did not throw these items into her ground coverShe walked the property before making final payment because I do not accept payment until customer is fully satisfiedWe did pick up everything related to the work we performed. The consumer then called back and wanted extra work done and I explained I would be glad to do the work at a discounted price but she wanted it done for freeI have worked for her and all her neighbors in the past
