On June Mr Pat Gorman came to our lake residence on a cold call looking for resealing work We had seal coating done by this company a couple of times in the past with no issues We received from Mr Gorman a bid for seal coating and one for overlaying the same area of sq feet We indicated we would call him once we decided which procedure we wanted done We contacted him within a couple of weeks and indicated we wanted him to do the overlay job which he had bid at $ After not hearing back with a work date we called again the end of June He responded at that time that he was sending his brother in law out to do the job Our understanding was he was sending someone that would be acting as his employee to do the work His brother in law came out in an unmarked vehicle and looked over the work area and set a work date of July at 8:am We received a call around that time July 5th and Mr Richard [redacted] (brother in law) said he was sorry
The product did not lastThe company offers a two year warranty and?the product that was applied only lasted less than six monthsThe company refuses to resolve the warranty issue
