I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Had a conversation with the client on May 15, 2017, about credits and balance due On May 17, 2017, a change order was written giving credit for the work done by the client in the amount of $which leaves a balance due of $5,that was agreed would be paid.The change order also
included a statement that Riley Homes, Incwould continue to work with the client on the basement modification as set forth by BPBiller Consultants, LtdStructural and Civil Engineer and recommendations from Brian Krummer with Thermal Imaging Services, Inc.Client requested that be removed from the change order and written up on Riley Homes, Incletterhead That request was complied with via a letter that was signed and notarized then sent to the client via email the afternoon of June 5, 2017. We are prepared to provide any paperwork that the bank requires, however, we are not prepared to forego the final payment of $5,764.00, especially when the client agreed to it.
