Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The basis of the complaint is *** McKenna has again twisted facts in this transactionThe fact remains that he recommended and hired and paid the unlicensed, uninsured, unregistered contractor to complete the work required by the contractThe work was shoddy and incompleteWe have been working to get his contractor back to finish the work and correct it since October of 2016.The Sellers were in *** during this transaction.Mr Mckenna has been according to our Agent the biggest problem in completing the original transactionCalling me names and attacking my conduct is fully uncalled for.MrMcKenna knows nothing of my background and for the record I have been managing multi-million restoration projects that include such as the Water Works Complex at the Philadelphia Art Museum along with many other projects throughout the tri-state areaI have managed projects exceeding $million in valueI think I know what a contract requires. If he wishes to have *** *** file the consumer fraud complaint for treble damages we can proceed down that road.MrMcKenna has arranged for another contractor to complete the work which is scheduled to be reviewed on Tuesday March 21.We will see if this is another of his scams

[redacted]'s agent had copies of the invoices from all of the contractors prior to closing as I have attached an email that was sent to Mrs Shapiro. 6.) I, Mark McKenna don't own this house and follow the instructions of my seller on who to hire to do the work.  7.)  [redacted] had originally had [redacted] to come out and price out the job and they had planned to do the work.  Two weeks prior to closing [redacted] informed the sellers & myself that he couldn't do the job.8.)  [redacted] was hired to do the work and was given a 1,000 deposit.  [redacted] live in [redacted] so I gave [redacted] a 1,000 deposit to get the work started prior to closing.9.) The work was completed and receipts were sent to Turn Key Title, Mrs S[redacted] title company, as you can see in the attachment on 8/17/16 at 10:18 am, but it seems the buyers agent never gave copies to [redacted].10,) Her follow up email ask for it again on 8/23 and she apololgized for not seeing it the first time.11.)  A copy of the Sellers CD which itemizes all of the invoices that were sent to the title company as proof. My family has been in business for 39 years and I have personally sold over 3400 homes in my 26 year career.  I have never been reported to the Revdex.com and I maintain an excellent reputation for honesty and integrity.  I am also on the BCCAR Ethics committee and I have been in contact with [redacted] several times and we are trying to help him rectify the situation even though its not my responsibility. [redacted] is scheduled to go to his property on 3/18/17.  It seems that he is having problems with this house and it is the oldest house that I have ever sold at 155 years old which can sometimes overwhelm a homeowner.  I feel that I have been singled out as his buyers agent, buyers attorney, owner of the house and whatever else  he could think of.  I feel that this complaint should be dropped of record and that [redacted] should make sure that his hired professionals relay the information to him as soon as they receive it and not wait until 4 days after closing.  Mrs S[redacted] and [redacted] have done there client a disservice and should held accountable.  Sincerely, Mark M[redacted]Pat McKenna Realtors[redacted]
