Good afternoon. Brookside Management appreciates the opportunity to address this matterA few items to highlight:Markers (Memorialization) are ordered once the debt is at 100% paid inIn many cases, families choose a monthly payment plan such in this case.The initial request (order) did not
have it paid in full and was then completed six weeks post the initial contractThis timeline ultimately stretched out the ordering processWe order our markers (memorialization) from an outside third party manufacturerWe tell all our client families that markers are typically received & installed within a 6-week time periodGiven weather conditions & manufactures scheduling Once received, we contact the family let them now it is now in house and will be installed (historically within days from receipt)We send a picture after the call to the family if they are out of town. Our process is rather fluid, at each time interval as indicated by the writer of the complaint, our Family Service Counselor let him know the marker had not yet arrived to the location. Two things we need to work on: Re-enforce the message about the delivery time of 6-weeksFollwith the manufacturer on scheduling & request potential eta's of memorialization. The family was contacted on the 23rd of June with the delivery of the markerIn the subsequent calls referred to I nthe complaint- the purchaser was told the items had yet to arrive from the 3rd party manufacturer Any questions, Please feel free to give me a ring @ *** Thanks, Jason B***r, GM Brookside Memorial Park & Funeral Home
The marker was indeed delivered to the park as highlighted in their call this past Friday. AS discussed, delivered (means) we were n receipt of the item. It has been installed. The counselor call him to let him know this has been completed.

I was there today, the headstone was not there. He called me on Thursday, June 22nd and told me the headstone had been received and has been set. As of today it has not been done. The account was paid in full on March 15. Today is June 26 that is more than 8 weeks since being paid in full...
