Pat''s came out on a 2-home warranty service call to look at our air conditioner on Monday, September 12, When the service man (***) left he told me that the compressor needed to be replaced or the unit needed to be replaced He wasn't sure what our warranty company would do I have not heard anything since then I tried to call them on Thursday the 15th and got nothing from them So I called my warranty company to find that Pat's had not even put in a work order for anything! I tried to call Pat'a again todayno word! We have been without air since Saturday the 10Th of September! I suffer from several medical issues including migraines and this has been just so frustrating and the migraines have been horrid! I just hope that someone can provide better service than this if we ever get this repaired!!

This service call was through a home warranty insurance I went to her house and ordered the parts needed (I still even have the parts which were ordered for her.) She cancelled my service and went back to her warranty insurance for another service agent She is not out any additional money and I did not take any unnecessary funds

In May I called my Home Warranty and told them my AC was not blowing cool air On May 4, this company came out and put in freon, but it was still not blowing cool air I called them back and they told me to call Warranty again They returned for a $service fee They returned and taped some wires and removed a switch They said the heating and cooling was blowing t same time and both would need a repair It was a bigger problem than just freon and said he would order a part He said he would return in two weeks They did not return I called them and they did not return my calls I then went into a financial difficulty and did not call back In September I called them back about times and never returned my call I called Home Warranty and they sent out another company who said Pat's Appliance did not do the repair correctly They waived the $fee and refunded me a prior $charge They told me they cannot fix the AC due to the temperature

Pat's appliance has gotten over on me twice nowOnce on my washing machine in and now on my dishwashers in When my home warranty company suggested them I did not realize it was the same company that did not come back to repair my washer until of course they did not come back to repair my dishwasherThey will come out and collect the service fee and never returnThey never answer phone callsThe only call with communication will be to you letting you know that they will be out to look at whatever needs to be repairedThey will show up for the initial visit and collect the fees but they will not be back to finish the jobDo not use this company

I feel that this complaint was filed because in her opinion I did not respond quick enough to her call. I did go out to her home and saw that her compressor was bad and locked up. I contacted her insurance company immediately to let them know what was the problem and that I could not fix
it at the time since I did not have the manpower to assign job

I have 2-home warranty service, they contracted service out to Pat's Appliance Service who took my $service check and said they needed to wait for a part to be ordered before they could fix my dryer, but could not give me any estimate as to when, just stated "when the part's in"They have not returned any callsI had them come out Jan 30th, it is now Feb 26th and I last called Feb 23rd, which is more than enough time to get a part in, or at least return your customers calls and give an updateWorst customer service by this contractor! I went online to see if there was a different number I should be calling/leaving messagesI found customer reviews on this company stating the exact same issues I'm having, with no solutionsThe problem I'm currently having is they don't return my calls, or conduct professional communicationI'm hoping to head off the other issues customers have complained of and get this resolvedI do not want them finishing this job, I want a refund o

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I called a month after he had come to service the drier to see if the parts were in and when he'd be fixing the drierWhen he did not return my calls nor call to schedule a time to fix the drier, I went online to read reviews of his service, which indicated that he would take months-multiple montfix problems he had said he needed to order parts for, and multiple reviews said that dismantled appliances only to say he needed more parts and would take an unprofessional amount of time to fix the appliance, if it was fixed at allHe had submitted that the estimated completion date would be 2/1, after reading that, and not being called back after attempts to reach him, I decide to not go with his service repair as of February 26thdays later than he had told my warranty provider he would have this repair completed.February 26th is when I contacted my warranty provider and told them of the problems I'd been having with their service provider and his unprofessional conductI am expecting to be financially reimbursed the $I paid for work that was not done, parts that were not provided and unprofessional communication if there was a reasonable delayWaiting over a month for any of these to occur, is neither a reasonable timeframe nor professionalI was willing to pay another $copay for another service provider to repair my drier, not Pat's ApplianceI do reasonably expect a refund for services not provided.Sincerely,*** ***
