We spoke to MR F* directly when we received the initial complaint, We forgot to update the Revdex.com siteHe was called the same day the compaint was filedit has been resolved

we spoke with *** this morning 10-15-by phone, and explained our siturationOne this is our work vehicle and needed to be repaired right away*** said get it up here and we will take a look at itWe had to tow the vehicle to get to his placeArriveing around 9.30am *** said park it over there past the bay and we'll try and get to it this afternoonI said *** you told us to bring the vehicle and you would look at it, had we known it would be later in the day we would have found someone else*** said besides we may need parts or order partsI said I understand that part But to imply you would look at it and bring up here and then being told we had to wait for later in the day and maybe you couldnt look at it allHe said well you better go to plan B, then the atitude and hostility got really bad from ***, I said never mind we will take it else where and we did and those people at *** *** *** where frendly, and got right on it, *** could learn from those people as his PR skills leaves a lot to be desiredOne thing for sure we wont be back nor will we ever recomend PAts auto service to anyone

Good AfternoonWe have bent over back words, front words and side ways to accommodate Mr *** Attached are the agreements that Mr *** *igned and dated on 6-18-Envision Security as you will see, is the Installation Company ONLY based on the Installation agreement attached*** is
the billing establishment and monitoring company which is attached and defined clearly in different agreementsEnvision has had a perfect install and service relationship with Mr*** *nd therefore, Mr *** complaint is bias to Envision SecurityMr *** does not pay his bills on time, his financial situation should not dictate is commitment to the contract he signed, periodOften consumers try to strong arm businesses when they cant keep there commitments financiallyWe have spent hours of time trying to work with Mr *** Please remove this complaint from Envision Securitys Revdex.com, because it clearly is not Envisions responsibilityThank you.Tell us why here

We did everything in our control to assist the customers issuesWe have communicated with emails and phone calls and have recordingsWe just can not seem to make this customer happy Envision has no access or control of the credit bureausIf the customer has a fraudulent inquiry, the customer must make a dispute with the bureauThey will not accept a dispute from the company it must be from the consumerThe customer is determined to try to prove some kind of deciiept instead of being accountable for the poor decisions his family member madeWe acknowledge our mistakes and have put filters in place to eliminate a recurring issue like this againEnvision is a customer service focus business, with 75,customers serviced by myself in this industry, this is the first time this has ever happenedAt this time we can't provide a resolution to a problem we have no control overWhat we can control has been addressed, and as a business and person of integrity, we must learn from our mistakes and move forwardThe customers brother is at fault, envision rectified to our ability our fault, and we have tried to work with the customer to assist in making him happyNot sure he'll ever be

The Company ran my credit with out my personal informationIt is against the law, as well as the fair credit reporting act of 1970.They did not have my birth day or social security numberAnd it was not a soft inquire, it was a Hard inquireAt this point if it is not removed I will have no choice but to hire an attorney.And if they can run my credit from a name and address how do I know what they will be doing with my information.? And has this happen before? and who says it will not happen againAnd they have not worked on fixing this problem, I have a few emails and have talked to them once on the phoneThis is not professionalAlso I have filed claims with The Federal Trade CommissionOn the company and the monitoring company for Identity TheftAnd My brother did not give them permission to run my credit and I can prove thatCredit was ran before my brother signed a agreement

Before I started working on his vehicle I called his father, grandfather, and stepfather and told them there was front end damage and they should get it looked atI solely was working on the wheelI only worked on the axle and the barring in the wheelI did not touch anything dealing with the
damageI showed them the metal that I foundThey all agreed to do the work and they will fix the rear end another time and I don’t even do that workIf they have any issues, he can come down and talk to me and I can explain it to him

We have worked on this for the consumer tiredlesslyHis brother authorized his credit to be ran originallyAfter speaking to the customer we found out his brother did not have permission to authorize servicesEnvision immediately removed the system from the customers anme and placed the acct in
his brothers nameCredit bureaus will not remove soft inquiries from the company that pulled the credit any longerThe consumer must file his own dispute to have the inquiry removedWe have chains of email communication with the customer we have always tried to work with this customer and give him the best optionsHis brother is the one who stole his info and ran his credit, his brother is the one who authorized the system to be installed, his brother is the one who has no credit and lives in his homeThe bureaus will remove the soft inquiry if the customer disputes the info directlyEnvision has no control of this situation and as soon as Envision found out the brother lied and used his info we rectified the situation to the ability that we could
