I have recently replaced all my windows by Polar Windows on my houseThey all look good except for two bay windows that were installedThere is a problem with the bay windows fitting properly on the inside of the houseThere is a 1/inch space on the left and right side of the bay window between the oak casing and wall and when I told Polar Windows about it they told me that my drywall is outI asked them why my previous bay windows fitted fine and that it looks like the bay window wasn't measured right but they kept on telling me that the window was OKThey did put wood spacers between the oak casing and the wall but they would not remeasure and replace the bay window again to try to make the casing fit properly against the wallMy drywall is out in places but it still does not explain why my previous bay windows fitted just fineI would recommend to anyone who has a bay window installed by Polar Windows that they should check out the bay window to make sure it fits properlyI also had a very difficult time to get someone to come down to look at the problem and find a solutionNice bay windowsToo bad they don't fit right

The windows look very nice and they open and slide so easily!!! The installers were very professional --- they took their time and were very careful in putting in each window --- they worked very hard!!!! Very happy with the new door and that was installed very well
