customer changed their mind and decided to cancel service well past the agreed upon date. Alpheus spent several months attempting to collect the monthly contractual agreed upon charges as the customer entered into a formal and legal commitment and failed to follow through with the contract. Alpheus Communications strives to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence in service. As such, in a show of goodwill, Alpheus made a decision to release the customers’ liability in this case. Effective July 14, 2017, the customer has been notified their obligations are cleared.
