Pat's Custom Landscape

I recently had a house built in Pinion Oaks while still living in another state we contacted Pat at Pats Custom Landscaping to take on the job of landscaping our yard it consisted of reshaping the back slope, build a retaining wall, install artificial turf, irrigation, placing weed fabric, inch minus, 3/minus rock,plant selected plants and trim all existing trees and shrubs along with maintaining all drainage swails and working with our fence contractor to clear a fence line I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our home on move in day, the job Pat and his crew did was more then I expected ( beautiful ) !!! We have gotten so many complements on our yard we would recommend Pat and are going to use his company again THANKS PAT !!!

Great crew, on time, on budget, very professional Every day the
workers were there, and started work immediately No goofing off,
no cell phones
They did a wonderful job, and cleaned up before they went home

We had a landscaping project done on our property in Prescott, AZ by
Pat's Custom Landscape The landscaping is beautiful and really
compliments our property They made great suggestions for us also

After getting several estimates for our Backyard Landscaping job we chose Pat's LandscapingHis bid was not the least expensive but also not the most expensive
What convinced us to use his services were length of time in business, suggestions from Pat on what could be done at a reasonable cost and the assurance his employees were not illegal aliens
There was a slight delay in starting the job because of weather delays on his other projects but once he started, the job was completed in the time agreed to in the contract
His employees were very pleasant on the job and friendly with us and the neighborsThey were very careful to clean up at the end of each day
The project turned out much better than expected

Pat's Custom Landscape helped us transform a patio home from one with a neglected, mishmash style landscape into a beautiful oasis The patio had old, cracked cement and fake grass and hardly any plant life It now has beautiful pavers, a rock garden with herbs and plant life that will liven up all our retaining wall In addition, we now have a wonderful, terrace landing that allows us views that were not accessible before Our little courtyard has been turned into a green haven with the foliage artfully plantedThe crew is marvelous They are hard workers, congenial and attentive We cannot express our appreciation enough We have been through home projects before and these guys made it easy

After getting a quote from Pat he and his crew completely outdid their promise and my expectations of the work I envisioned The acre + Prescott property had not been maintained for years Leaves and pine needles were inches thick, brush was overgrown, trees were never thinned or maintained and the entire acreage was a massive fire hazard After weeks of work the place looks like a park Trees have been thinned and are able to grow without encroachment, the grasses and brush have been removed or trimmed, years of debris thrown over the bank has been hauled away, and in general they left the entire place clean and leaf free I now have a defensible area that the fire department would be happy to seeI highly recommend anyone looking for regular landscape maintenance or specific property related projects to give Pat a call *** *** ***

At the end of February, 2017, I contracted with Pat’s Landscaping to landscape my backyard The yard was approximately one eighth of an acre and nothing but dirt, although it was properly sloped The owner, Pat, and I discussed the project, designing it together, and he provided many valuable suggestions which, in the end, worked out very well He then provided me with an acceptable firm fixed price and an estimated start date of six weeks in the future I accepted the contract and paid him half the cost upon signing the contract
His crew of four skilled, very knowledgeable, polite and professional English-speaking team members started landscaping work exactly six weeks later per his estimate They worked hard every day and while rainy weather interfered with their work for a few days, they made up this time and completed the project in two weeks per plan
The project required them to bring in over tons of block, dirt, rock, and plants It included a wonderfully well designed and exceptionally sturdy three foot high retaining wall This wall was leveled as it was built and almost each block required angle cutting with a diamond blade saw They also put in two six feet by thirty feet raised garden planters, also made of retaining wall block per my request, with each block also cut to insure a smooth fit with the block next to it They put in a fifteen by thirty foot patch of artificial turf, beautifully trimmed to match the curved wall theme of the yard They put in two separate automatic watering systems and tied it into the existing unit for the front yard for a seamless and integrated overall watering system They also put in a full yard of weed block fabric and arranged everything so the look and feel remained consistent They increased the size of our back porch using new blocks that precisely matched those already in place They then planted all the plants for an overall integrated appearance
While I made some changes during the job which added work and material, the delta price was reasonable and acceptable The end product is a professional and magazine perfect yard I would rate Pats Landscaping top marks and I would use them again

Pat was professional and timelyHis workers did an excellent job including clean upThe pricing was excellent value for the work performedI will use Pat's Custom Landscaping in the future and highly recommend him to others
