I told her no, she had left no message or phone number for us to contact her, how would we know that something wrong happened As far as our employees informing us what happened, they thought she was satisfied with the repair *** was still out of town so I got her number and told her *** would call her Tuesday She brought the Jeep in, which *** had put on the lift, he gave it a complete check, there was no damage He took her in the office and he asked if anyone was hurt, she said, "no" *** then offered to refund the bill of $ Instead Ms*** said she wanted *** to buy the Jeep for $3, Does that make any sense? Would not the person wanting to buy her Jeep for $5,accept the reduced price of $3,500?
