Our policy and invoice is clear, the customer initialed she received pricing before any work beganShe received a Senior Citizen discount which she initialed receipt of and also benefited from the discount received for the membership she chose to purchase Our company does not charge by the hour, our technicians use a pricing guide to charge by the job She was adequately charged for the work performed The customer signed the invoice a second time when the work was complete, stating it was done satisfactorily The invoice was signed twice and initialed three times We have refunded the cost of the membership in the amount of $for customer satisfaction purposes At no time did Pat’s Plumbing, Inc or its employees do wrong All policies were followed and the customer benefited from multiple discounts
