I ordered the PKR-1 for $175. I used it 10 times and it broke. I called the president at Patco and complained. All he did was argue with me and said it never happened before. He wouldn't even send me a new part that broke and instead told me to fix it myself with a washer. I am very disappointed with this company's policy and would never purchase from them again.
