I want to apologize for the miscommunicationWe quoted *** for the wrong part glass only ($)but brought out the right part glass with bonded attachments ($307)Our mistake was not informing her of the difference in price before we got to the job we had the wrong numberThe California bureau
of automotive repairs regulations state that misquote can happen but that it is allstarglasses responsibility to have the customer sign the paper work to acknowledge any increase in price before we work on the vehicle*** did sign acknowledging the increase and *** the manager / installer said he explained to *** why their was an increase in cost of the glass ( bonded parts on old glass are not usable)*** all so gave *** the option to refuse the job due to the increase in the cost of the glass*** told her we tried to call but had the wrong phone number*** chose to have the work done with the knowledge of the increaseWe always follow all the rules set by the California bureau of automotive repairs and give the customer all information before stating any workThis was an unfortunate situation and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. Hi Revdex.com We are truly sorry for not calling the customer back on the resealThe CSR / customer service rep that told the insurance customer we do not prioritize customers with a complaint was wrong, complaint are our first priorityPlease see attached time line, the windshield that leaked
