I've not had any other interactions like this (ever), and am sorry you did not see the other emails regarding the locationMy announcement did not bounce (which means you received it), and if you received the appointment notification that is in the image you've attached, then you would've received the reminderThe image you've attached proves nothing with out the dateI sent one weeks before, and two days before your appointment, with updated appointment informationUnfortunately, Living Social does take 65% of what you pay so I only received, as I said, $from your voucher -- you can verify this with any other service provider who has sold Living Social vouchers .Unless there is a special rate negotiated, I was told repeatedly it is always 65/It is their policy to not refund expired vouchersI am not going to pay you, especially after you asked me to honor your expired voucher at full value -- which I agreed to in good will, you declined my kind offer to stay over time to complete your appointment (effectively a no-show in which case your voucher is subject to forfeiture-- as stated on the service description) when you went to the wrong location, and are now calling me a liar -- I do recall you raising your voice about me contacting you in another way besides the two emails I sent you, and I never said there was any name-calling, but it's clear that is what you are doing nowI am not going to allow you to bully me into giving you $I never received, especially with how hostilely you have handled this.I have met so many wonderful clients via the vouchers I've done that have supported me in building my practice, so I am grateful I don't need to do these vouchers anymoreI'm sorry this didn't work out the way you wanted it to, [redacted]

There are a number of falsehoods in this complaintFirst of all, *** never asked me for a refundShe said she was going to go to Living SocialUnfortunately, I only receive 35% of what she paid Living Social, which equals only $If she wants a refund for the full $69, she would have to
contact Living Social. For some reason, *** booked her session far beyond the expiration date (August 16), which would have been June 24, Yes, due to a growing repeat client base, my schedule was very full, but not months in advance! She asked me to accept her voucher at full value and I allowed her that concession (which I was not obligated to do)During that time I had decided to move from an unsuitable space at a hair salon to a professional office spacePrior to my move, I sent an announcement to everyone who had appointments, either presently or in the pastapparently, >>she did not look at that

I am rejecting this response because: I have paid for a service I have not receivedI also did not receive your change of address email blastLastly, last we spoke on the day of my appointment I was told there was an appointment directly after mine so you would not be able to get in for my paid for and allotted time

My announcement did not bounce (which means you received it), and if you received the appointment notification that is in the image you've attached, then you would've received the reminder. The image you've attached proves nothing with out the date. I sent one weeks before, and two days before your appointment, with updated appointment information. Unfortunately, Living Social does take 65% of what you pay so I only received, as I said, $24.15 from your voucher -- you can verify this with any other service provider who has sold Living Social vouchers .Unless  there is a special rate negotiated, I was told repeatedly it is always 65/35. It is their policy to not refund expired vouchers. I am not going to pay you, especially after you asked me to honor your expired voucher at full value -- which I agreed to in good will, you declined my kind offer to stay over time to complete your appointment (effectively a no-show in which case your voucher is subject to forfeiture-- as stated on the service description) when you went to the wrong location, and are now calling me a liar -- I do recall you raising your voice about me contacting you in another way besides the two emails I sent you, and I never said there was any name-calling, but it's clear that is what you are doing now.
