I am rejecting this response because: They scheduled an appointment on the June 15th, which after I heard nothing I called and again scheduled on the 18th also a no showI do not have the other dates I mention because I have been trying for over a yearI only work two days a week and was always available for themI was giving the excuse why they never responded was their schedule it would have to have been early in the morning or late at night so at that point with little feedback I wouldn't have caredAnd made them aware of thatThey never had any intention on coming outThey do realize they are responsible or they wouldn't have made the appointmentWhat the Mfgfound was more than that and what they are referring to as far as discoloration I was not concerned with thatI only wanted to know that it wasn't a defect and the MfgexplainedYes there are over pavers that are recessed and yes they had to come out a month after for the same problemThey are aware of this happening than why is it so hard for them to come back
My main problem is the privacy fence they installed was not level and I didn't think I had to use a leveler until I saw the gapThe amount that was not paid, which was subtracted from the total I gave Revdex.com of $less, was because they wouldn't come out to address my problems and did bad workI emailed and have the email on file stated why I was not paying and if they felt I still owed them they could contact meNever heard a peepThey use the email because I have responses from themAgain I heard nothingThat amount was never mention during the phone conversationI reached again because numerous pavers keep recessing and it wasn't a year oldThe did damage to my frame on my door and also did a horrible job at calking the beautiful steps they installedSure it looks bad but I did have someone else look at it and they said water can get through leading to more damage in the futureThere was no water damage prior to installing because Pathhart told me there is a possibility because my neighbors did but they won't know until they removeThere was noneI don't know if there is but I want all seams calked correctlyI am happy to send pictures and if necessary try to research the other dates if necessary

The appointment that was set up, failed because of a personal medical issue, other dates and times were not set because times that were good for me, weren't for her and vice-a-versa Plus becoming very nasty with me and my wife didn't help matters any The manufacturing rep (***-***)
that checked out her issue, only found a spot that settled and some effervescence (which occurs and concrete pavers) We do offer a cleaning and sealing service for patios at a cost It is up to the Homeowner if they want to purchase that service.Once I receive the final payment plus the cost of the privacy fence (added on) I'll come in and fix the settled spot on the patio Michael W PCH
